Gospel of st Thomas

I haven't finished reading all of the logions in the Gospel of St. Thomas but stopped to do a bit of checking on logion 16. Looking up claustrum as mentioned in the explanation of this teaching sent me on a search. I have added a couple of sites at the end of this post. Food for thought.

Logion 16: Jesus said: “Perhaps people think that I have come to cast peace upon the world. They do not know that I have come to cast conflicts upon the earth: fire, sword, war. For there will be five in a house: three against two and two against three, father against son and son against father, and they will stand alone.”

Jesus clarifies his role as disruptor, not pacifier. Peace is the illusion of static reality; conflicts are the fire of transformation, sword of discernment, war of inner struggle. The divided house represents the mind’s dualities—old perceptions vs. new.

In manifestation, this is the troubled mind stage, where seeing the event-stream causes internal conflict, dividing family (aspects of self). Standing alone is becoming the solitary one, unified in astonishment, able to rule the All. Embrace the conflict as part of the path to co-creative power.

In the physical brain, there are five glandular complexes that participate in manifestation. These are the Thalamus, the Hypothalamus, the Pineal, the Pituitary, and the Claustrum. These latter three, the pineal, the pituitary, and the claustrum are bound in a trilogy. They form one complex combined, where the thalamus, and hypothalamus stand alone. This refers to the ‘war’ that will be raging as the three seat of consciousness glands are impacted by the emotions controlled by the hormones in the thalamic complex.

I have read the Gospel of Thomas, and I find it very 'esoteric' in the sense of Gurdjieff or the Tao. That puzzles me now, knowing that The James Gang and Thomas were 'dummies' according to the Gospel of Mark. Perhaps the Church at Jerusalem indeed had its own brand of esotericism, or maybe this was an offshoot or a gnostic influence from somewhere. I have always found many of the sayings in Thomas very intriguing and hint at real ancient knowledge.

Interesting to compare the writings. Can't imagine how much energy it took for Laura to write her books. This small bit of cross referencing makes my eyes cross.

The second half of Logion 16 is not in the Commentaries of the Gospel of Thomas By Karl Renz. Renz ends the logion with 'earth: fire, sword, war. Possibly, the house divided is included in another logion and I have missed it.

The saying is further expanded in King James. We must include everyone in the house, including the mother-in-law!

KJV: Luke 12: 51-53
51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:

52 For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.

53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

ALTA Future War Newz (Sunday, March 8, 2026)

Clif High published a new ALTA (Asymmetric Linguistic Trend Analysis) report.

Clif is saying the current Middle East tensions are about to explode in a surprising, high-tech way that exposes weaknesses in Western defenses. It will drag on for years, reshape global economics in unusual ways, create new winners in trades and certain tech sectors, and eventually be overshadowed by some kind of extraterrestrial or “UAP disclosure” event that rewires human consciousness.

You can read the full report here or the main points as follows:
Immediate shock (Set 1): A sudden, terrifying Iranian counter-attack is coming soon. It will use advanced asymmetric weapons (hypersonic missiles or swarming drones) that behave like the mysterious “UAP” objects people keep reporting. It might hit something big like a U.S. carrier group or Israeli command center. Russia could supply targeting data and China the tech. The result: panic, because it punches through Western defenses and proves stealth tech isn’t as good as thought.

How Iran is preparing (Set 2): This isn’t random. Iran has been quietly building these weapons with Russian intelligence and Chinese parts. The conflict is turning into a long war of attrition (he says longer than 3 years), not a quick win for anyone.

Why the world feels numb (Set 3): NATO doesn’t want deeper involvement, Russia and China are playing both sides for their own gain, and everyone is tired of war. Lots of disinformation will muddy the waters (especially about those UAP-like objects — some will claim they’re aliens, others hoaxes)

What happens next on the ground (Set 4): More proxy fighting, Israel pushing into Lebanon, arguments inside NATO about Article 5. Israel’s Iron Dome will struggle against very low-flying (under 20 feet) drones and small AI-guided missiles. These weapons will accidentally damage civilian roads, transport, and infrastructure while racing to targets. A new “war space” near the ground will be chaotic and no one will fully control it for months.

Economic & societal ripple effects (Set 5 + closing):
– New business opportunities and alliances will emerge (think war-related supply chains, insurance, shipping, and medical tech).
Weird economic pattern ahead: asset prices (stocks, crypto, metals) may deflate first, then wild waves of inflation hit the fiat currencies. Consumer goods stay expensive, but skilled labor and premium food hold strong value.
– Trades and new trade schools will boom. Healthcare will shift toward portable “med-bed”-style AI/automated units instead of big hospitals.
– The global shipping industry and health-tech manufacturers will change fast.
– He warns investors: it will be hard to tell real winners from hype in a hyperinflationary dying fiat system.

The grand finale (Last Set): Late 2026 or early 2027, “Space Aliens make their appearance in a new manner,” completely changing how humanity sees itself. This perceptual shift will alter behavior on a massive scale.

It seems that the big winners in this emerging new world will be what many have called the group of Technocrats who would form a kind of Techno-Feudalism. This reminds me of a post by David Icke.

It also reminds me of what the Cs told us about aliens being presented as saviors of humanity or angels.
