Coconut flour pudding (Halva)

Yay I found it, Rashi made this for us at our meetup, I can say, I certainly recommend, now I can make it myself :) It's like a porridge pudding.

My only question is, can I store it in the fridge and reheat later?
Thank you Baz and I am glad you liked it. The one I did at the meet up was with chickpea flour but the process is exactly the same and you can replace it with any flour (coconut/Almond/millet flour)… 😊
 
Yes, you can store it in fridge for a few days and re-heat in microwave etc. Best not to re-heat in a pan as it will burn easily.

Good to know, thanks Rashi, I have a heap of coconut flour as I have not yet found a good recipe to use it.. problem sorted :cool2:
Better hit the indian grocery store too to get some more ghee!!
