well, bottom line is that if you are a decent writer in general, i.e. you can put your thoughts or ideas down in a half-interesting/engaging and relatively concise way, then all you need is a decent thought or idea.

Well alright then, I'll give it a go. I just don't know how long it will take me to have something to hand in. It could take me a while to come up with a good idea, but I imagine checking out the mainstream media on a daily basis would be a good place to start.

Sure, or any other topic that gets you fired up when you think about it. One thing that really seems to appeal to people right now is a message of hope.

Thank you very much for sharing your experiences here! You guys just took away some of my last objections to finally really start the diet - step by step. So, if the diet is meant just to adjust the body to its ideal weight that is meant for it, and if one feels really better and healthier (additionally to the results of already practised EE, regarding me), then I give it a try. I actually have to smile, you really got me again - no way to escape! ;D Therefore, one of the next posts of me will be found in the DH-Thread, where I put the remaining questions regarding diet. :)

I too lost a lot of weight while on the anit-candida and detox diets. I ended up weighing less than I did as a teenager. But once I started the EE, I started eating like a horse. I was always hungry. And so, even though I was eating healthy, I was then eating a LOT and I gained back some weight. However, not as much as I lost. I've dropped down 2 more pant sizes and am holding. :)

I really do think that I am at a good weight now. I just don't know what it is :/ because I don't have a scale. I am going by the fit of my clothes and my last doctor visit I was 6 pounds heavier. From 106 pounds to 112 pounds. :)

I have to say, mocachapeau, that at first I wasn't sure, but I just couldn't keep from laughing at what you had written all the way through it. I apologize for the laughing and not knowing if you were joking or not, but I deeply thank you for the laughs! :flowers:

I even had to go back and read it again just so I could giggle.

Yup! I think that you would be pretty darn good at satire. We just had the proof.

What works for me is if something is really bugging me about the world... and you see what happened!
