Yesterday was a really bad day for me too. I've been recovering from a really bad bout of food poisoning and was already feeling weak and tired, but yesterday I literally could not get out of bed, I was that tired. I also felt very low and down, more so than I can ever remember. My energy is a bit better today, although still tired. Definitely seems like some major beaming going on.
I have a friend in Florida, complaining of the same thing, in the same ear, for the same period of time.
I have the same symptoms in the last couple of days. Taking iodine and walking in nature help a lot in this regard.
Yesterday I had a strange fluctuation in body temperature. Every few minutes it fell to 36.6 and increased to 38.1.
I didn't feel hungry, a slight headache. The face turned red. It was so strange that I thought I had never had such a thing in my life.
Today, however, I have a lot more energy than yesterday, ha even more than on normal days.

More and more peeps with facemasks on the street, the mandatory "wear them!" will come, I think maybe from next monday on, maybe earlier.
well, I am the kind of person that unpacks and transfers most stuff into an army of glass jars, fruit and vegetables I wash with Kaiser Natron (which is the same as Sodium Bicarbonate; 1 teaspoon in a bowl of water) before storing them. I do that for many years now.

No ear ringing for me, rather it's like a low humming sound in my right ear, it's been happening for a few days now, albeit intermittently. I've had the ringing sensation before though.
it's a good thing you can stockpile like you do. What shocked me was the use of bleach, use baking soda or use white vinegar at a pinch, why not ? It shocked me just as much to follow the government's recommendations blindly. Besides, it's not for storage since it stays in the boxes, it's as if I could see my mother developing an OCD. Maybe I am too sensitive but the information given by the government is getting worse and worse.
@Laura for a while now I had a feeling that the real virus, the one behind the curtain, has used its host, the US, to the max, it sucked out of it everything that it could, and now it is ready to abandon it and move on to a new host, I am thinking China. I kept thinking that Trump was pushed forward by a more nationalist faction to try and salvage what he can, much like Gorbachev did in the times of Perestroika. When any of these giants collapse, it is usually not pretty. Look at Russia in early 90s. And they planned the collapse for a minimum of 10 years, since the time of Andropov. And if this is the case, it means that the US $ will collapse as a fiat currency, which will also collapse a lot of other economies. As China and Russia (and other states) were building their Gold reserves for a while now, they knew this was coming. So we are to expect a new financial paradigm, to replace the Breton Woods / OPEC supported petro-dollar with something new. Then probably we will have some period of stabilization. This is how I see it. I think by now we all know that what we're witnessing is a show, in which, to be clear, a lot of innocent people are dying, but the show is directing everybody's attention from what is really going on. We should probably start talking more about what we think will happen next as I think we have a great advantage in this global community of ours, once we start collaborating we can hopefully map out part of the puzzle and maybe even match some of the pieces in it.

Is this ear ringing not going away? I had some ear ringing but it went away when I started using Magnesium oil (best absorption is on the stomach area). I also found info that Vicks vapo rub (vaseline, menthol, camphor and eucalyptus oil) helps ... + this doc has some really incredible physical techniques for all sorts of ailments. Ive tried a few and they work.
