The notice is based on the research and clinical trials carried out by ‘Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance’ (FLCCC) and the British Ivermectin Recommendation Development (BIRD) Panel, who have presented enormous data that strengthen the case for recommendation of Ivermectin in prevention and treatment of COVID-19.

Dr. Soumya Swaminathan has ignored these studies/reports and has deliberately suppressed the data regarding effectiveness of the drug Ivermectin, with an intent to dissuade the people of India from using Ivermectin.

However, the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi have refused to accept her stand and have retained the recommendation for Ivermectin under ‘May Do’ category, for patients with mild symptoms and those in home isolation, as stated in ‘The National Guidelines for COVID-19 management’ last updated on May 17, 2021

In order to stop Dr. Soumya Swaminathan from causing further damage to the life of citizens of this country, IBA has decided to initiate legal action against her and as part of the process, a legal notice has been served upon her.

IBA has observed that the content of several web links to news articles/reports included in the notice served upon Dr. Soumya Swaminathan on May 25, 2021, which was visible before issuing the notice, has either been removed or deleted now.

IBA had anticipated this and therefore, we have downloaded soft copies of these news articles before issuing the legal notice. It is ludicrous on part of the forces resorting to such cowardly acts, for they do not know that they are providing very strong evidence of their desperate attempt at blocking information/news regarding Ivermectin.

Something strange is going on. My theory is “something” was introduced to the area to simulate an outbreak to cause fear of “variants”. Taiwan was an example of pretty much an entire year of living normal lockdown-free lives. Very low death rate which defied the narrative consensus. Now everyone is scrambling in fear, we have restrictions we didn’t even have last year at the peak of the outbreak, now we also have to wear masks everywhere outside including in your own car alone.

It sounds very unlikely that younger people with no history of serious or chronic disease would die suddenly of Covid and bizarre that Covid cases should suddenly spike for no obvious reason. What better way to "encourage" the vaccine hesitants to get the jab that to think they may die suddenly from Covid. This may well be the new scenario for all those areas where Covid cases are very low. Post mortems will probably show nothing exceptional. The PTB know well how to control the narrative here. Here is the UK there is concern about the new mutant strains in the Midlands. Heaven forbid that the populace will relax and think life is going back to "normal".

A world-renowned Dutch expert in identifying scientific misconduct and error, Dr Elisabeth Bik, has been threatened with legal action for questioning the integrity of a study promoting the drug hydroxy chloroquine to treat Covid-19.

The case, filed with the French state prosecutor by controversial infectious diseases physician Dr Didier Raoult, has prompted hundreds of scientists from across the world to publish an open letter calling for science whistle blowers to be protected.

In March 2020, Bik published a blog post analyzing a paper led by Raoult. His paper claimed the antimalarial drug hydroxy chloroquine was effective in treating Covid infections, especially when given in combination with an antibiotic.

Bik raised questions about the paper’s methodology, including that the researchers had failed to control for confounding factors. In strong clinical trials, the control group (who are given a placebo) and the treatment group (who are given the drug) should be as similar as possible so scientists can be confident any effects are from the medication alone.

Bik pointed out that patients should be of similar age and gender ratio, be equally sick at the start of treatment, and analyzed in the same way, with the only difference being whether they received treatment or not. She said the treatment and placebo groups in Raoult’s study differed in important ways that could have affected the results.

I think we're moving to a position where being unvaxxed will be a conscious decision meaning a high percentage of the unvaxxed won't want to closely associate with the vaxxed. I think we may have a situation where at least socially, unvaxxed seek out other unvaxxed and look to avoid the vaxxed.

I saw that the US gov is pushing online dating websites to add labels to people's profiles as a way of socially pressuring the unvaxxed singles out there. I suspect these labels will actually increase matches between unvaxxed and unvaxxed and also inadvertently increase the likely success of these matches as both essentially will have much to share with regards this covid situation which then helps form the foundation of the relationship. In a way I expect most women out there will have heard about the impact to their cycles if they are unvaxxed and they closely associate with the vaxxed which makes me think any of these women who are single won't exactly be rushing to an openly vaxxed single... Lol!

The professor’s comments come amid a plethora of media generated propaganda suggesting that natural immunity isn’t enough, and that those who do not choose to take the vaccine should be socially ostracised.
