Caught this two days ago on FB. I was quite surprised by this post, since it is one of the few posts addressing the true origins of COVID and on top of that, published by state-controlled media, i.e., China!
It's published by China radio international - Croatian service on their FB profile in Croatian!
Here is a translation from Croatian (using Google translator, seems quite fair):

Original article attached to this post. There is growing evidence that COVID-19 may have originated in the United States
Relying on multiple studies, including studies by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the findings suggest that SARS-CoV-2 was likely circulating in the United States long before the first known outbreak in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province in central China.
A CDC serological study found over 100 antibody-positive samples collected in nine U.S. states between December 2019 and January 2020, many of which predate any officially reported cases in China. Similarly, the NIH’s “All of Us” study found antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in samples from early January, including Illinois and Massachusetts.
The United States experienced a series of unexplained respiratory outbreaks in 2019. Virginia alone reported 19 such incidents between May and October. In July, two communities experienced clusters of pneumonia with unknown causes, which local media called a “mystery virus.” Around the same time, the Fort Detrick Biological Laboratory—located just an hour’s drive from the affected area—suddenly closed, raising questions about a possible connection. In addition, the U.S. saw a surge in severe lung illnesses in 2019 that were initially attributed to vaping. These cases, which peaked in August and September, showed symptoms similar to COVID-19, including cough, shortness of breath, and fatigue. The outbreak led to over 2,800 hospitalizations and 68 deaths nationwide.
