There, in the Ternopil region, people surrounded the local sanatorium in a tight ring. A prayer service was held at night in the pouring rain. They prayed that they would not bring evacuated people to them.
In vain the authorities reassured people all this week: there are no people infected with coronavirus on board, and quarantine is just prevention. The country did not believe in this, nor in the ability of Ukrainian medicine to contain the epidemic.
