- take extreme care of their health and lifestyle,
- not vaccinate against seasonal Influenza (!!)
- for all those who didn’t get it in the past: get sooner or later the live attenuated, replication-competent smallpox vaccine
- make sure your young children do NOT get vaccinated with any of the C-19 vaccines (under no circumstances!) but get them properly vaccinated with the live attenuated childhood vaccines
- not worry too much about C-19
- Avoid travel to other countries and follow the situation in your own region / country and also worldwide, especially re: avian influenza
- Consider removing your parents from the nursing home as we are up for outbreaks of RSV and seasonal Flu... the elderly and vulnerable people should stay away from seasonal Flu shots as they could be a death sentence if one gets hit by avian flu (ADEI!)
- As already mentioned, I strongly recommend all fully vaccinated people to ensure access to antivirals."

I had a call from my friend last evening, she was concerned and needed some emotional support, although I floundered when she told me the events that have occurred in her family all due to the vaxx situation, I remember at the beginning of this vaxx rollout, Sheerie Tennpeny, voiced that the the real effects would not become apparent for 2 -5 years, IMO listening to the health problems encounterd by my friends family members, this seems to be uncannily prescient.
I posted previously, she has a 29 year old son in the Canadian Military, Diagnosed with Gillian Barr Syndrome according the the military physicians it is not vaxed related. He seems to be improving, he was paralyzed from the waist down. with therapy is now able to walk with a walker, and may possible graduate to a can, so some good news there.
She has a sister, she lives on the island of BC, she has been informed by her physician, she has suffered a "mini stroke" and has "Blood Clots" in her lower extremities. She was informed by the physician, that the vaxx was not the cause (she has had 4 boosters). It was the prednisone she was taking.
She has a cousin in his mid thirties, married with 2 children, he developed chest pain, was diagnosed with multiple clots in the lungs, given IV anticoagulant therapy, and according to my friend a boosted oral new form of high oral dose anticoagulant therapy, and sent home with a referral to a specialist. The healthcare facility was full at the time.
I realize all this is anecdotal, but to me, what we are being informed by so called healthcare professionals, the tragedies of health consequences, the impact on families, and life circumstances are being denied or ignored. One wonders how many families and family members have been impacted, children, parents siblings, aunts. uncles, cousins, grandparents, a whole stream of familial linage.
She has (my friend, one could say a typical family Canadian family) A son in the military, a daughter in healthcare a daughter in teaching. The daughter in health care is ready for her 4 time booster, her daughter in teaching is not so sure. What a burden to bear, for a mother who is aware of the consequences of her children's decisions, who thought she had brought up her children to question.
She is at the same time dealing with her 93 year old mother (she is not vaxxed and does not believe in it) who has terminal cancer, she is quite happy to depart this world, she has had enough. Possibly prompted by the devastating heatwave in BC last summer when she had counted several body bags removed from her apartment building. Attributed to the heat dome. All anecdotal, sometimes anecdotal experiences, have more bearing than official sources in this day and age.

Sadly there's no help for these people (which is mostly everyone), especially in Canada and Australia. They went along with "mandates", and now they're going to pay a price, and it will be severe.
When I was talking to one of my fellow students at the end of last year about the Covid madness, he said he was "over it" and "didn't want to talk about it any more". If I'd been more prepared (and even thought about it), I would have asked if he felt that people should have a right to things they haven't earned?
The answer to this question, is of course, "no". Then the follow up question should be: "Then what makes you think you have a right to freedom, health, rights, or your life, if you haven't fought for, stood for, or earned any of these things and THAT's the message you're putting out there into the Universe?"
I'm pretty angry with the situation, but I'm more angry with the people who went along with it, virtue signalled, and now have a terrible price to pay. It's a bit like the Germans with the Nazis and that complete nutter who they let run Germany. There seems to be a parallels to me. And it doesn't matter how much you try and tell them, they'll ignore it.
Well I understand you indignation, regarding the situation! But do you realize that this was a mass planned PsyOp operation of the whole globe, using mind social programming grooming techniques on the human population, and 24/7 news announcements of imminent death, doom and gloom on the planet, for those that were aware nothing more than a bad case of the flu, Other nefarious issues have now surfaced.I'm pretty angry with the situation, but I'm more angry with the people who went along with it, virtue signalled, and now have a terrible price to pay. This was an outmost interesting, at times even chocking Corona Investigative Committee session No 110 "Revisiting". Here I pull out the section in which Karen Kingston comes with highly interesting information...
What she had to say during the 58 minutes...
really startled me several times. For example: that it was found that no transmission had occurred in the 222 health staff that was sent to "Ground Zero" in China Wuhan to treat patients. They all came back negative !
She claims that the transmission was done through weaponization (e.g. aerosols in which the modified virus and spike protein - which contains genetic snippets of snake venom, hiv, rabies, etc embedded into lipid nanoparticles) where spread. That is the only way for it to survive and to transmit. The original (also) modified coronavirus itself, was not capable to spread after infection. It too easily disintegrated by folding on itself. That's where the nono-particles come into play, creating a "micro biosphere" of it's own for the modified corona virus / spike protein to survive even after infection.

I listened only once to the interview with Karen Kingston (and now I am listening for a second time). But - I feel pretty confused about the subject around different rights, wrongs, procedures, claims, laws, patents, regulations, FDA, etc revolving the Pfizer injections - and she speaks very fast.
DARPA lies behind Enviro Mist; "organic based" (= contains carbon based material, e.g. stabilized graphene oxid based environment for sterilisation) - often used in public buildings, schools, and in the stores ... There are many possibilities to distribute bioweapons... nice and quietly.
It reminds me at the same time of similar strategies - for example what Dr. Heiko Schöning recently mentioned: the Danish company, which produces or partially produces Monkey Pox vaccine, connected to the person who bought that company (once highest Military officer in the US Army) back then bought another company to make Anthrax vaccine (which also produces several of the major brand Covid-19 injections).
So, this Danish Company, makes a "self sterilization" liquid that can be sprayed all over places for self-disinfection. The guy heavily lobbied within the EU to promote this product - conveniently since 2019 - to be widely used. It contains a combination between cancerous Titanium oxide and Nitric Acid. You breathe it in, you touch it, have it on your fingers, you get it into your system wherever you are...

More comes into my mind... I remember a long time ago, perhaps 15 years back in time, when I read a notice in the Swedish mainstream media that the US military conducted trials over American cities, e.g. San Francisco, by spraying ("simulating") the spread of pathogens, in order to study those.
I remember - yet still asleep - but got very upset about it. That an entity would even dare to practice such experiments onto their unknowing population - literally spraying an aerosol ("without containing pathogen") without consent. The US Military wanted to see how fast the "aerosols" would spread... Why would one want to do that, I asked myself ? I think that created the very first faint crack in me, regarding the indoctrination of US being the good guys; a "power who brings democracy and peace".
