It has nothing to do with Corona virus, or maybe it has... The other day I was rewatching the Marvel movies, in order, and for the first time I was shocked by Loki’s famous speech about humanity in Germany.

AFAIK Twitter has a public view, but WhatsApp does not, and neither do other "messaging apps" and the fact that a private company Datametrex, which lists the Government of Canada as one of its clients is saying that it studied over five million messages from March, it shows that the data that the phone companies and the unicorns are sharing with the Government goes beyond the social distancing monitoring and that they are openly spying on everybody now. How did Datametrex get a hold of WhatsApp messages exchanged in March in order to be able to study them?
I don't think they are scared, it seems they are well prepared and play 4D chess with us.

Today they announced that they made a technological measure that will prevent the spreading of the virus.

They already have a smartphone app that people will install on their phones. Each installed app on each phone will generate a unique code for that phone and store it.
When you walk down the street with the phone and app on it, when you pass close enough to some other person, or if you go somewhere and stand close to somebody, codes from their phones will be registered to your phone and your code to their phones.
If somebody is then tested positive for COVID, they will take your phone, get the codes and find the people that were in contact with you.
After that, all those people will go to a quarantine( a fancy word for modern concentration camps ).
So, they have to force people to install the app and have their phones with them all the time. Probably people without phones and apps will not be allowed to move freely outside.
This is a fascistic totalitarian measure. Same as the Nazis forced the yellow star badge on all Jews. This is totally bizarre.
What this means is that they will openly track what we are posting on social media, emails, phone conversations and all our data. I know that they were doing all that all the time, but now they can do that openly, enter you home, arrest you, charge you for whatever they want, take you to detention camps, inject you with anything they want under the pretext that they are protecting you and the public health from some stupid virus.
I am wondering if this 5G network which is much faster then the existing 3G/4G is designed to be used for this. For a complete tracking and surveillance of people. I know that most of the phones that people have are not 5G but that can change in a few years. 5G network will have a much bigger capacity for downloading and uploading so much data.
You can add here a very fast development of AI, so the AI will sort and filter data according to some algorithm.

TORONTO -- A facility that supports adults with developmental and physical disabilities in Markham said that critically important staff walked off the job Thursday night following a confirmed outbreak of COVID-19.
“We actually reached a bit of a boiling point last evening because we have had our workforce slowly trickling away over the last few weeks for a number of reasons,” Participation House Executive Director Shelley Brillinger told CTV News Toronto on Friday.
“As of last evening, once the confirmation returned with the COVID-19 positive results, we had a number of staff walk off the job from all departments.”
Brillinger said that the outbreak includes 10 residents and two staff members who have tested positive, adding that a number of additional test results for both groups are pending.
As a result, Brillinger says that only four union staff are still on the job for the facility that regularly sees 35 staff members over the course of 24 hours. Participation House has since called up its management staff for support which represents an additional six workers.
“We’ve got about 10 people here today,” Brillinger said.
There are 42 residents at Participation House that are “the most vulnerable”, according to Brillinger, some of which require being lifted out of bed or being hand-fed each meal.
“These are really critical care needs that they have and it’s only enhanced by the fact that now we have 42 people independently in their rooms, separated and you have to dress like I do to go in to care for any one at any given time,” Brillinger said, referring to her personal protective equipment which includes a face mask, goggles and full body covering.
Brillinger said that the situation at present is not sustainable and that Participation House has exhausted all opportunities to secure support through staffing agencies.

The Trump administration is spending nearly half a billion dollars on one company in the race to find a coronavirus vaccine.
That’s according to a $456 million order with Johnson & Johnson’s Pharmaceuticals arm Janssen, which specified a “new vaccine asset for 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19),” Forbes found. It’s the largest reported amount spent on a vaccine project to date, even though the pharma giant hasn’t yet started any clinical trials as other firms have.
The deal was signed with the Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) on March 27, 2020. It followed another order, made as part of the same contract with Janssen, for $150 million on March 20, 2020, for a “new antiviral” for COVID-19.
A spokesperson from Johnson & Johnson didn’t provide any more details on the specific order, but confirmed the $456 million award related to a collaboration with ASPR’s Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), as announced in February. That work was built on previous contracts for developing countermeasures for other influenzas. The value of the coronavirus-specific work hadn’t previously been revealed and is the largest known contract for a coronavirus vaccine to date.

The deal was signed with the Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) on March 27, 2020. It followed another order, made as part of the same contract with Janssen, for $150 million on March 20, 2020, for a “new antiviral” for COVID-19.
A spokesperson from Johnson & Johnson didn’t provide any more details on the specific order, but confirmed the $456 million award related to a collaboration with ASPR’s Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), as announced in February. That work was built on previous contracts for developing countermeasures for other influenzas. The value of the coronavirus-specific work hadn’t previously been revealed and is the largest known contract for a coronavirus vaccine to date.

Three people at the National Microbiology Laboratory have tested positive for the coronavirus, staff at the Winnipeg facility were told via email on Thursday.
The three, who tested positive while on site, are now in isolation, lab executive director Steven Guercio said in the email, which was obtained by CBC News.
"Manitoba Health has initiated contact tracing," Guercio said, referring to the practice of finding out everyone an infected person could have contacted prior to their test.
"As a proactive measure, Facility Occupational Health and Safety has initiated a risk assessment and will ask potential at-risk contacts to isolate at home pending full contact tracing by Manitoba Health," Guercio added.
"Close contacts identified through contact tracing will receive direction from MB Health on testing and isolation requirements."
Guercio also told staff the lab's management "understands that this news will create concern" and advised them to contact employee assistance if they need to do so.
All staff were also instructed to wash their hands on their way out of the building.
Close contacts tested
Guercio's office deferred comment to the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), which is responsible for the microbiology lab.
The agency was not immediately available to comment.
Manitoba Shared Health also deferred comment to the agency.
A Shared Health spokesperson said the province only comments on infections when there is a public health concern.
The head of the union representing scientists and researchers doesn't know if any of the infected people are her members, but Debi Daviau said she's been told at least one is a lab worker.
Daviau, president of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada, said Health Canada has done contact tracing on all three — any close contacts were tested and sent home, and are expected to get their test results tonight or tomorrow.
Non-close contacts were asked to stay at work for now but they were also tested. If they are positive, they will be sent home for self-quarantine.
Research includes coronavirus
Work at the lab includes research on SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19.
Researchers are trying to find an appropriate animal model for research as they work on a vaccine and treatment for the respiratory illness, Daviau said.
They are also doing research on how to sterilize N95masks for reuse.
"They are working around the clock. Their work is critical. They are working with the virus, so the potential for exposure is high," she said.
"These members are some of Canada's unsung heroes."
The NML had arranged for a drive-thru testing site at the lab for staff and their families, Daviau said, adding PHAC is handling the situation well.
"PHAC responded rapidly, and fortunately, due to onsite infectious disease experts, they've implemented responsive testing, tracing and isolation measures. We appreciate the urgent action and support for the safety of the employees at the site," she said.
Some staff at the lab have chosen to work at home during this time, but Daviau said others have told her "the work is too important" to close the building.
Meanwhile, the union representing staff including lab technicians as well as building operations, administrative and program staff is waiting to find out if any of its members have been infected.
"Our concern is, first and foremost, the health and safety of our members and all employees at the NML," Shimen Fayad, acting national president of the Union of Health and Environment Workers, said in an email.
