There are frequent references to "useless eaters", which includes the bulk of mankind. Most, when hearing of plots to depopulate the planet, simply say under their breath, "Yeah, right," or more often, while shaking their head, "You're nuts." But when there is a careful examination of writings by prominent authors of this century, pieces of the puzzle certainly do fall into place - pieces which support the contention that there are certain individuals, if not entire governments, who have implemented a program of global genocide in an effort to salvage and corner "resources".

Looking at these videos from Ice Age Farmer: Farmers Panic, Can't Get Supplies to Grow Food and this Lancet's 'Great Transition' for 'Planetary Health' (eat ze bugs) The current Covid vaccines have their own side effects or were they intended. In addition, the Covid handling has stemmed the flow of goods. In some countries the message is that all will not return to normal until all people are vaccinated and Covid is gone. Would the title as a statement then be more true if it said "Reduce and control the population through CO2, virus and vaccine policies?

While food is being wasted in one place, there is not enough in another, or there is no money to buy the food that is available.

Since nitrogen has become a subject due to protests in the Netherlands, below are some paragraphs that cover the importance of nitrogen in agriculture and the conditions, the farmers in the Netherlands face, as well as other motives the Dutch government may have.

The event occurred at about 8h local time, so that the bolide probably came from the sunward side of the earth. If the object were spawning dust and meteoroids– that is, it was cometary in nature–then, since low-inclination, eccentric orbits produce radiants close to the sun, it might be that the solar coloration (which, in this explanation, would have been witnessed elsewhere) was due to such dust in the line of sight to the sun. In short, the earth was within the tail of the small comet. There was a fall of fine ash prior to the explosion, which covered the surrounding vegetation with a blanket of white.

The Golden Age, Psychopathy and the Sixth Extinction

In their book, The Sixth Extinction, Richard Leakey and Roger Lewin (Doubleday, 1995), describe the present as a time in which we are moving toward the extinction of at least 50% of all life on Earth, possibly including humanity. They suggest that most of the extinction is occurring due to human overpopulation and overexploitation of the planetary resources. But there is more to this than what can be blamed on humanity as the research on cometary impacts clearly reveals. Our current extinction is, apparently, just part of a very large cycle. Richard Firestone et al. write in The Cycle of Cosmic Catastrophes:

“When people use the term extinction, they mean that many living species vanished. This is just part of the equation, however. Another side is that some species survived. In all past major extinctions, with ecosystems out of balance, many of the surviving species experienced explosive growth. This is what happened 13,000 years ago, when an unusual mix of conditions created favorable conditions for the human species.

First, there were new genes. Spurred by genetic mutations that produced a burst of creativity and technological resourcefulness, humans became even more efficient predators. The Event killed off many competing predators, and skilled hunters decimated many surviving ones, ensuring that more people survived. The same resourcefulness made humans better at finding food in every way, and consequently human populations expanded rapidly.

Second, a benign climate, due partly to the green house effect of the impacts, fostered larger human populations. The warmer climate, coupled with humans’ newfound resourcefulness, fostered the invention of agriculture, freeing humans from a nomadic lifestyle. The development of better housing, clothing, and weapons all allowed human populations to increase.

Third, increasing populations led more people to live together in villages and towns, where the division of labor allowed a larger pool of skilled talent to develop. This fueled an almost constant technological boom in many fields, producing, among other things, pottery making, metalworking, and writing.

All that may seem positive, except that the burgeoning population, initially fostered by the extinction Event, contained the seeds of many of our current troubles. When overpopulation occurs in any species – whether it is rabbits, locusts, lemmings, or people – a host of problems comes along with it, including epidemics, starvation, extreme aggression, ecosystem destruction, and scarce resources, every one of which is a major pressing problem in our society today.

An extinction sequence comprises the following stages:
1) A major catastrophe leads to the disappearance of some species.
2) These disappearances lead to the overpopulation of some surviving species.
3) Overpopulation leads to devastating depopulation.
This equation has held true for every past extinction event. In the current sequence, we have passed through the first two stages as a species but not the last stage, depopulation…” (Richard Firestone, Allen West, Simon Warwick-Smith, The Cycle of Cosmic Catastrophes, Bear & Co., 2006.)

The sequence of number one to three may not follow. It could be that overpopulation among humans leads to the disappearance of some species, and later followed by a major catastrophe.

A natural event that led to the depopulation of some areas and the migration into others

The experts tell us that where the “archaeological” Frisians went is unknown. After having a look at what Lev Gumilev said about ethnoi, we also realize that names of groups can change in context as well as content. Additionally, language is not always a clue as to origin since languages can be imposed on conquered peoples who then believe that it is their own, or adopted out of necessity.

Mr. Rockefeller is said to believe (because one of the channelers of the Nine told him so) that he has been born again on Earth, reincarnated into his position of wealth and global influence, because he was once a Pharaoh, and before that a ruler of Atlantis. The “search” underway for artifacts of ancient Egypt, which these people believe is descended from the Lost Continent of Atlantis, which reputedly had contacts with ETs and in some fashion may have been caught up in a “War in the Heavens,” as Billy Graham and others have called it (in print, variously), is the oligarchs’ quest for “legitimacy.” They believe they were sent “back down here” to help Earth correct and avoid the mistakes of the long distant past, revealed to us now only in the fogs of myth and legends. Shamanically, using hallucinogens secreted from Nazi Germany before the end of the Second World War, these men (mostly men, at the beginning) believed that Hitler was on the right path, but his own megalomania corrupted and sunk him in his efforts to impose a Teutonic resurgence to world rule. This is what THEY believe!

To them, having stumbled into their “nest” and subsequently researched their own literature, doctrine and in literally thousands of hours of research and conversation with them, I have said. “Your plan will not work. You will have to ‘show your talons’ in order to impose your rule over humanity, because of core traits in human character. We love freedom; without it we die. But not all of us. You will never conquer us all.”

And to them, and to you, I add this: “The degree of tyranny necessary to govern Earth in the future is inversely proportional to how effective we (and “They”) can be as teachers.” By their fruits, shall ye know them. Let’s be careful “Out There.”

As we have noted again and again, this is precisely the conspiracy that the Cassiopaeans have repeatedly pointed out. We can certainly surmise that The Nine have an agenda, and that this whole gang of Big Bucks Oligarchs are just the tools of the Hyperdimensional Control System, who have been pumped up to think that they are doing some grand and glorious and heroic work to “correct” something. But we notice the big differences in this perspective and the Cassiopaeans’ perspective; they have made it pretty clear that the present situation is a replay of the Atlantean deal. The Atlanteans tried to take over the world and were defeated by the “Athenians.” We see from Farley’s astute analysis that these people are trying to “correct and avoid the mistakes of the long distant past.” That is to say, they want to set things up so that the Atlanteans will win, and rule the world.

For case of partial depopulation, there is from Session 12 September 1998

The event of 564 might have been related to the collapse of the Roman Empire, which also like some countries of our times was home to injustices:

If abductions are, as all the evidence clearly indicates, an intergenerational phenomenon in which the children of abductees are themselves abductees, then one of the aliens' goals is the generation of more abductees. Are all children of abductees incorporated into the phenomenon? The evidence suggests that the answer is yes. The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, which also runs the Doomsday Clock project, seriously demanded that LGBT+ be allowed to use nuclear weapons in "Pride Month". Writing that nuclear scientists bother more with physics than orientation, but "active participation of LGBT+ in the nuclear field is a right that should be extended to everyone."

"The involvement of the LGBTQ+ community in the nuclear sphere is much more than a campaign to solve social problems," said the "main nuclear analysts" of the West. They published a fucking report and demanded - "the nuclear weapons authorities and the military should loudly declare their support for the inclusion of LGBTQ +, not only because it is right, but also because strange people increase the value of politics and discourse in the field of nuclear weapons."

"Decision makers (on the use of nuclear weapons) should focus on integration with LGBTQ+ in order to achieve the best results of nuclear policy. They are obliged to create an environment in which gays, lesbians and transgender people can apply their specific skills and life experience without fear," the report reads.

It ends with an ultimatum - "The arguments in favor of non-admission of LGBT+ to work with nuclear weapons, their use and decisions about it"are as stagnant and outdated as those who voice them."

One variation of the them depopulation is that migration is need in the west to counter low birthrates, but that is as much a cover for creating chaos. BTW. if you take out all that does not related to preserving western/US hegemony, and indirectly the existence of Israel, how much remains?

"Authoritarian axis" relates to Eurasian BRICS members and what the West can do to oppose Iran China and Russia.
"AI Deterrence and National Security" is about more digital control of the global population.
"Proliferation" translates to nuclear weapons in Israel okay, but not in Iran.
"Geopolitics of Energy and Critical Minerals" could relate to China, the Arctic, how to democratize Russia to get hold of its minerals for no money, keep western influence in Africa for the same purpose, but since it precedes the topic of "Migration and Depopulation", one option is to let many of the other points on the agenda serve that goal.
