Discerning somebody's FRV ?

How, exactly, can I discern somebody's FRV ? (and also my own FRV of course).

Can it be measured ? Can it be felt ?

Must I learn to discern it, to have the 'right' eye for such things ? If so, how do I learn to discern it ?

I don't think the technology exists yet. You have to learn to discern it, which only comes from the work. I'm guessing it's much like the principle of tuning forks.

You need to remove any buffers(lies you tell yourself to keep you 'in the right') you have prior to any accurate idea of your FRV. I can feel vibes off people, which is like a subtle feeling of their general intentions/impressions. My guess is that it has to do with their FRV, but alas im no expert, nor can i say anything more then generalities. Also these vibes can be temporary, induced, or faked. Nor do i get them from everyone.

I'm also still buffered, as im not too sure how to remove them, but the vibes thing is something i noticed and use as additional input none-the-less.

Looks like an old thread, but maybe it's time to resurrect it.

In biblical terms, you should 'test the spirits', that is to approach things with an open mind and not believe everything you are given at face value.
Part of the identification procedure is 'by their fruits you shall know them', and the bible lists the nine fruits of the spirit, which you can research for yourself.
Jesus spoke of 'feeding the hungry', 'visiting the prisoners', 'clothing the naked', and so on.

If you are doing these things, and manifesting the fruits, you probably are on the path to STO.
If you observe the behaviour of others, especially if they say one thing and do another, then you may need to re-assess them, and make a mental note about that.

Maybe its better to emotionally discern (Feeling) and not intellectually discern. Not only use your eye but your other instruments.

Why would you want to discern someone's FRV? Do you know yours? What is the benefit? These are questions I can easily ask myself.

Sometimes I get a good feeling, or a good vibe about people, and sometimes I get the opposite.
although I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, I sometimes get my fingers burned, because I was too trusting, too eager to please, or too ignorant to recognise the characteristics of the narcissist or the psychopath.
Had I applied the test of the spirit sooner, I may have avoided subsequent dramas in my life.
Laura has opened my eyes to the psychopathic machinations going on in the world, of which I was only dimly aware for most of my life, and I thank her for it.
Although we are condemned to live in this STS world, and we as a group are striving toward the STO ideal, we all have to be aware that STS entities are constantly stalking us, looking for a free lunch. So being able to discern anothers' FRV would be a useful piece of knowledge to acquire.

Perhaps a thing to consider as well is that we are also STS because we fit into this density, otherwise we would already be somewhere else.
I am not sure there is a ground rule to discern the FRV of others as many people are also very damaged by their upbringing or the way society molds us from infancy for example.
It's up to us to know ourselves as much as possible in hope of being able to disentangle ourselves from unhealthy dynamics, practice makes perfect and it's not as easy as it sounds osit ;)
