Last week there were two M6 earthquakes, both M6.1 and occuring in Alaska and Indonesia, respectively.
The usual map area showed some uptick in activity with two M5.9 off the coast of Oregon apart from the M6.1 in Alaska. In total there were 6 earthquakes out of 103 worldwide equal to or greater than 4.5 and 2844 out of 3255 quakes of all sizes.

5.6-magnitude quake hits 192 km SE of Alo, Wallis and Futuna: USGS​

NEW YORK, June 6 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 jolted 192 km southeast of Alo, Wallis and Futuna at 18:24:28 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 421.81 km, was initially determined to be at 15.8822 degrees south latitude and 177.3478 degrees west longitude.

HONG KONG, June 8 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 jolted 134 km ENE of Kimbe, Papua New Guinea at 10:56:38 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 139.06 km, was initially determined to be at 5.1724 degrees south latitude and 151.2911 degrees east longitude.

The usual area had 1 earthquake out of 91 worldwide equal to or greater than 4.5 and 2743 out of 3161 quakes of all sizes.

Due to a late report for the week, there was one earthquake above M6, namely a M6.3 north of New Zealand an hour ago.
In the usual area, there were 3 earthquakes out of 79 worldwide equal to or greater than 4.5 and 2069 out of 2535 quakes of all sizes.
Percentage: 81.6%
