Earthquakes around the world

Last week saw 2 M6, both being M6.0 and they happened in Oregon (US) and in Papua New Guinea.
In the usual area, there were 3 out of 96 earthquakes worldwide equal to or greater than 4.5 and 1346 out of 1717 quakes of all sizes.

Last week saw 1 M6, which was a M6.2 in Chile. The biggest quake of the year happened in the US last week, but of a different nature and beyond the scale ;-)
In the usual area, there were 3 out of 95 earthquakes worldwide equal to or greater than 4.5 and 1113 out of 1422 quakes of all sizes.

WORLDWIDE EARTHQUAKE REPORT NOVEMBER 10_2024

High levels of seismic activity occurred in the past 24 hours. On the evening of November 09 a 5.8 magnitude earthquake occurred off the west coast of Panama. This earthquake occurred at the limits of the Cocos and Caribbean plates. Later the energy moved towards the Caribbean and North American plate boundaries.

On November 10 two strong earthquakes of magnitudes 5.9 and 6.8 shook the southern coast of Cuba, near Santiago. The first quake occurred at 10:50 a.m., followed by a significant aftershock at 11:49 a.m. U.S. geologists placed the epicenter of both earthquakes at a depth of 14 kilometers under the ocean. Both earthquakes were located about 35 kilometers off the coast of Bartolomé Masó, in the province of Granma.

It is possible that the energy will continue to move toward the west coast of Mexico.

Some damages are reported in Cuba

SSGEOS earthquake forecast
A convergence of lunar geometry on 8 November can trigger larger seismic activity, possibly some clustering around 10 November. (This has already happened)

Right angle geometry with Venus, Earth and Neptune can result in a strong to major tremor around 13 November.
2024-11-09-overview.png
Venus, Mercury, Jupiter & Venus, Earth, Neptune planetary geometries will occur on November 11

SSGEOS forecasted a 70% probability for a magnitude 6+ low event, but on the other hand it forecasts a 60% probability for an event equal or higher than M6.5 and in the worst case M7+ low, possibly this has already been fulfilled with the earthquake M6.8 in Cuba. The atmospheric fluctuation for the Caribbean plate region was detected on November 8

According to SSGEOS three months have passed without an M7+ earthquake and three years without an M8+ earthquake.

WORLDWIDE EARTHQUAKE REPORT NOVEMBER 19_2024

The last few days have been quiet in terms of seismic activity.

The latest SSGEOS forecast indicates
A near convergence of two planetary conjunctions with Mercury and Venus on 18-19 November can result in a strong to major earthquake around the 20th.

Mercury, Earth, Saturn and Mercury, Earth, Jupiter occurred on November 18 while Sun, Mercury, Venus occurred on the morning of the 19th Sun, Mercury, Saturn will occur tomorrow, November 20. As has been observed on other occasions the presence of Venus and Mercury increase the chances of a significant event. We have to remember that we have had a long time without a magnitude 7 or 8 earthquake and it seems that this may change in the next few days.

2024-11-18-overview.png

SSGEOS forecasts a probability of 80% for earthquakes higher than magnitude 5.5 and in the worst case M6.4, on the other hand, there is a probability of between 60% and 70% for an earthquake that could reach a low magnitude 7 in the worst case. As mentioned, there is still the possibility of an earthquake of M8+.

The following images provide us with the areas where atmospheric fluctuations were detected
