These earthquakes occurred near the San Andreas Fault. According to the USGS, events such as these are usually minor adjustments in segments of the fault, possibly in the northern portion, near San Francisco Bay, where the Pacific Plate slides horizontally against the North American Plate at a rate of about 3-5 cm per year.

Richard Cordaro detected the magnetic impact yesterday, November 27, near Campeche Bay, Mexico. The Nicaraguan Institute of Territorial Studies recorded the earthquake as M5.9
Only one planetary energy impact on my list for tomorrow: Our First Quarter Moon will try an initial landing near Mexico tomorrow morning (UTC time). Currently ranking 19th out of 45 aspects for seismic influence, the probability of First Quarter Moon triggering an M 6+ earthquake all by itself is low. However, I am worried that Moon-Jupiter 90° which came today at 17:52 may decide to stay around longer to help out. Richard Cordaro
