Efficacious activities with respect to the Wave

Azoth, as a historian, I am known to be somewhat of an authority on the subject of The Great Patriotic War aka The Russo-German War 1941-1945. If you would like to discuss or have any questions regarding this conflict, please email me.

It would actually be greatly appreciated if you conducted any discussion here on the forum in full view of the network. Emailing privately and sending private messages merely tends to create feeding dynamics and increase general subjectivity. This thread goes into more detail on that.

I understand what you are saying about Gurdjieff's way of dealing with this problem. Though the canary example
was probably worse that the map incident. However, they both seem to indicate the same thought process when chasing a goal.
Really it is the ends justify the means.

not exactly. If you consider it carefully, I think he was giving his customers exactly what they were asking for (as a valid, but entropic part of the expression of reality - the 'manure' in which things need to grow - he wasn't being judgemental, just rather starkly objective), and that was part of the more subtle lesson he was trying to portray - something to do with what external considering really means, and which does NOT involve projecting one's subjective wishful thinking onto others, but acknowledging reality for what it really is. Hope that made some sense.

I think we also need to keep in mind that many of the events "recounted" in Meetings may be fictional creations of Gurdjieff. Sometimes he wrote things to be interpreted literally, other times completely symbolically. In the sense of the canaries, Gurdjieff is "selling" people a bird that is obviously not a canary, but people are buying it thinking that it is. If they'd take a slightly closer look, or if they had knowledge of what canaries really looked like, they would not be fooled. I think that story was saying something about people's inability to see, their tendency to accept lies for truth, and the general "sleep" state of humanity.

At the same time he was demonstrating a type of "end justifies the means" philosophy, but with a catch. As G said, good is whatever advances you on your path, evil is what hinders. G was giving people what they were asking for, and at the same time it helped him on his journey. But he also commented that the path of evolution is more limited in its options than the STS path. In the end it comes down to one's own polarity and their level of discernment. Psychopaths will "use" people to advance their own ends. STO will advance based on the sharing of talents, abilities, and resources. One is based on exploitation, the other on sharing. And the choice in any given situation must be made according to the law of three.

Anart, having read the thread you linked, I couldn't agree more. I am an experienced BB user and have seen things occur which are quite (the word I don't like). My intention was not to navel-gaze at a topic which is largely irrelevant to this site. If its fine to discuss that topic here, that suits me to a tee. Thanks.

Approaching Infinity, if Gurdjieff's intention was as you suggested (by supposition), then I can see the value in his anecdote. I agree with your conclusion in any case.

Thanks for your replies. I just finished a foundation course in Jyotish, where I plan to continue on.

Jyotish is sidereal as you may know. It has the unique feature of dasas, which is exclusively predictive. Depending on the aspects etc., when you enter the various dasas (periods), those configured effects Will manifest. I'm witnessing it. Jyotish is more predictive than psychological. It is both however, due to it's house system.
So, we are fated for some things.

We know it's (can be) similar to other forms of divination. This goes for both tropical and sidereal. I got tired of my tarot deck as every time I pulled something I'd get the Tower!
I like my rune deck. I love runes and it's too bad runic scholarship took the magick out of them. However, they are culturally loaded. And that is where power lies - imaginative power anyway.

I happen to have a fallen jupiter in my general chart. Worse perhaps, jupiter is in the 8th house in the navamsha or D9, or ninth harmonic chart. It shows. I've nothing after twenty years of work. Have been divorced (D9 is about relations) since the early eighties, having had no other partners since. So I live an aesthetic life, relatively speaking of course. But it's clearly and even succinctly detailed in my charts.

I've actually been called trash straight to my face. My whole life has been a parade of one humiliation after the next. And guess what...my sun is debilitated in libra. I wasn't sure what that meant but my mentor mentioned it (partly) has to do with humility. I've got neptune conjunct, so that too explains some of my thinking or attitude here in general!!

Enough of that. To be honest about the psychic work, I'm simply discouraged cause nothing seems to happen! I'm beyond synchronicities tho, as they don't seem to go anywhere. They don't always mean your on the right path either. I've had (made) billion to one events happen...but they just come and go. I did once think they could be used as indicators or stepping stones for further exploration.

Ah, the Russian Front. Thanks for the offer. I'm just on the last pages of the "Forgotten Soldier", supposedly by Sajer. As mentioned by others, it does seem apparent there were two different authors. This, or Sajer had some kinda transform while writing it.
"In Deadly Combat" is another eyewitness account. Oddly, I sensed the same thing there; towards the back of the book(s),"both" authors seem to wax much more philosophical, in sophistication and eloquence.

There's another special book. "Stalingrad" by Theodor Plievier. It's the only book I've ever read three times. I'm guessing you've heard of it.
Don't know why I peruse this stuff. Seems to be something a tad mystical, or something, with the campaign in the east. A "legendary suffering" as Pinhead put it.
I've always been taken in by the Appearance of the ss and wehrmacht uniforms and gear. Just yesterday I was perusing replica MG42's! I'd like to get one of the camo smocks or even a tunic. A tunic with a Kourland cuffband!!

Can't think of much to ask at this time. You may be interested in youtube's "Stalingrad/Lost Evidence". Friggin rat warfare.

Thank you for this quote--it is closer to what I was trying to say.
I will persist until I succeed.

Nor will I allow yesterday's success to lull me into today's complacency, for this is the great foundation of failure. I will forget the happenings of the day that is gone, whether they were good or bad, and greet the new sun with confidence that this will be the best day of my life.

So long as there is breath in me, that long will I persist. For now I know one of the greatest principles of success; if I persist long enough I will win.

I will persist.

I will win.

From: (Og Mandino, 'The Greatest Salesman in the World)

It is the persistent focus on daily renewing the journey/process/quest that brings results.

Hey, a go on Barbarossa! Set up the spandau behind that fold... the only feature for the next thousand miles.
Didn't realize Gen. Paulus was more the theoretician. He was not a line soldier and "wasn't fit for" the role he had.
How many suicides there?
Sajer talks about the flood of (Prussian in this case) refugees. Especially the suffering of the kids..."those who have'nt commited any crime".
I doubt all those kids had bad karma.
Amazingly, towards the end, he writes that he came to eventually feel as if the whole thing was a test. I had to read that twice.
If a test, I doubt it was a personal thing.

I kinda sense a lot of this may have been a ritual sacrifice. Take the U-Boat fleets. But not just that. Places like (the curious confines of) Tarawa...
Some of these campaigns seem to have been custom designed for unique ways of suffering.
Just ponder, the universe coming up with the experience of men in a metal tube under water, having depth charges dropped on them - sometimes for days on end!
The landser... what kind of past deeds does one do in order to have to go through something like this!? Must have made the papers whatever it was.

---

There's also the adage, "the path is the goal".

I will win! I...not You!! Hahaa... Hmm, what will I win for a goal accomplished? Next? Ok, now what? Next, ah got you that time! You're not so great after all...but you knew that. Try again. Yah, I won another! Oh look, a disease out of the blue. Guess we'll have to start over...next.

Azoth, I think that you may find that your aspects have less control over you if you actively seek to step out from under the Law of Accident and into the stream of the Law of Exception.

Thought I would also include some excerpts from the Cs re: astrology.

18 Nov 95
Q: (L) Okay, I want to ask about the experience I had the
other night - are you still there?
A: Why do you always ask that, do you expect us to take a
coffee break?
Q: (L) Okay, I had what seemed to be an OBE the other night.
Was I actually having one?
A: Was an "all intensive ooze" of the solar realm.
Q: (L) What? (T) You asked! (F) Well, now THAT'S completely
clear! (L) Sarcasm will get you nowhere, guys! (T) That's
about as clear as ooze! (L) Okay, what is an "all
intensive ooze" of the solar realm?
A: Realms are compartmentalized at graduated levels, like
everything else. The root basis of the study of Astrology
is the "unified entity realm," which relates to the effect
that local cosmic bodies have upon the body and soul of
third density beings in any given locator.
Q: (L) So, what does this mean in terms of what I
experienced? I felt that I was moving in and out of my
body over and over, sort of like doing an exercise.
A: Solar activity occuring when your experience took place
was such that, based on your "solar return," had the
effect of partially separating your soul from your body.
Now, just for fun, why not check your chart for that day,
and see if the aspects were a little more favorable for
expiration of the body potential than usual?
Q: (L) Now that I have been able to play with it a little,
will I experience it again, or can I?
A: Well, it is always experienced at least once in the
lifetime of a human being, but for most people, it occurs
at the conclusion.
Q: [much laughter] (L) You mean I died? Or was this what
people experience when they die?
A: Yes, but you got to come back in time for dinner!
Q: (F) I guess that's mirth! (L) So, that wasn't just an OBE,
it was a separation of the soul from the body? Is that
different from astral projection?
A: No.
Q: (L) Do people who have OBE's experience this?
A: With "astal projection" the conciousness level is not as
intense because of "the silver cord" and the shroud of
third density awareness.
Q: (L) You guys just don't know how intense this experience
was. I was SO conscious of EVERYTHING. (T) More
conscious than you have ever been before, right? (L) I
have to say yes. I was playing with what was happening to
me and having fun. I noticed every little sensation. The
separating from the body produces a sizzling sound, a sort
of electrical sizzle, and it changes as you move in and
out of the body. I knew what I was doing. (T) In astral
projection, the soul is still connected to the body. In
this case, was Laura's soul completely separated from her
physical body?
A: Not completely, but the part that was, was.
Q: (L) Well, I did sort of keep a toe in. (T) This is almost
the same thing that Dannion Brinkley described in his
book. So, if Laura had lost complete connection, would
she have died at this point?
A: Yes.

Q: Why was astrology absent from the myths of ancient Greece?
A: Not absent, "Stalinized."
Q: What does that mean?
A: Soviets removed Stalin from the history books when he fell
from popularity. So, Greeks, Astrology... "Stalinized"...
Q: Why?
A: Deadly secrets would be revealed.
Q: Revealed to whom?
A: You.
Q: If we could find the pieces and put them together, they
would show us the drama and the connection between 3rd and
4th density?
A: You would have to use the original astrology, before
cosmic changes of a planetary nature; there was no Venus,
for one example, and earth was oriented differently
axially speaking.
Q: And the destruction of Kantek. This was the last
whitewash, the writings of Homer and so forth were put
place...

9 August 97
Q: Okay. Now, next question: I understand that Libra was
added to the zodiac and broke scorpio and virgo apart.
Were there originally 10 or 11 signs in the zodiac?
A: Originally?
Q: You know what I mean!
A: There have been many combinations.
Q: Well, when did the present 12 sign zodiac begin to be
established as it is?
A: 1302 A.D.
Q: And how many signs were there before that?
A: 11
Q: That's what I thought. What is the source of the oldest
zodiac available to us?
A: Atlantis.
Q: Well, fine, what is the oldest extant source in terms of
writings?
A: Egypt.
Q: Well, that could really have an effect on one's astrology!
A: The art of astrology lies within the interpretations of
the astrologer, and if accurate, it is because of psychic
talents. Same as with all methods, they are merely
mediums.

9 Sept 2000

Q: (L) ... Now, this one ought to be quick. Another correspondent wants to ask some questions about his research in astrology. The question is: could you give a number, in percentages, representing the degree of influence or correspondence of astrological factors, relating to the whole system of possible influence over character, constitution, and destiny of an individual?
A: Varies according to the preconceived notions of the perceptor.
Q: (L) So, it could have a great deal of influence for someone who believes it does, or no influence over somebody who does not believe? Is it possible that, if you do not believe, it has no influence? Or...
A: No.
Q: (L) So, even if you believe it has no influence, it will still have some influence?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) For somebody who is completely skeptical, what would be the percentage of influence?
A: Not measurable in such terms.
Q: (L) Can you get me in a ball park here?
A: You are misconceiving.
Q: (B) Is the reason you can't give a percentage because, even under such circumstances, the percentages are variable?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) If it is variable, is there a percentage in a global or general sense of the term?
A: We have spoken of illusion before.
Q: (L) Is astrology in general a false assumption?
A: Astrology is a stepping stone to higher knowledge.
Q: (L) What is the most useful application of astrological concepts as known today?
A: Publishing works which other 3rd density types will gleefully purchase!
Q: (L) Well, that's pretty cynical! Now, this guy has developed something he calls the "Natural House System." He asks: Is the Natural House System a better approximation to the problem of houses in astrology related to other known systems? Is his idea better than what is out there?
A: If it if he can convince enough others.
Q: (L) Is there, in 4th density, an equivalent to 3rd density astrology?
A: Not needed there.

Hi. Yeah, that's the reason I put astrology off for so many years. I'll continue the course here but we do realize the nature of the game. But I would like to repeat my line about the vedic dasas. This concept enables objectivity, however subtle. And jyotish, unlike tropical/western/greek has an unbroken lineage. Further, they consider the lunar zodiac highly important. To me, this zodiac (in application) seems to parallel the magickal systems of the west. The (72) Shemhamphoresh for instance.
My only concern, which came on early, is the vast amount of rules and classifications. Protocols are nice, but when you can analyze a dot in two hundred different ways...well you can come up with all kinds of conflicting stuff. But this still may be the thinking of a student...

Yes indeed, I've wondered about the changing conditions of the solar system. Joy Rennison, in "Tuning the Diamonds" says many of the traditional systems are becoming obsolete - due to the in streaming energies. She and others say our subtle bodies are gradually developing an added outer sheath, in the shape of a diamond or octahedron. Of course, that sounds like merkaba, again. Interesting stuff tho.

I used to go right into lucid dreams from the waking state, with some help.
Never get lucid anymore. Don't bother writing dreams down either as they are amazingly dull and all over the place.

Can't remember if I ever posted way back, but I read the session where the C's mentioned the effects of melatonin. Now this is something. I take it regularly, at .5. But as they said, larger doses may enable one to witness what's been taking place all along.
Sure enough, I tried 3 mg a few nights; each night I had the most bizzare and threatening dreams. EVERY one had to do with either ufo's or humanoids wanting to stick me with long needles.
So we're back down to .5...
Oh, importantly, I remember now that I first tried 3mg Before I read that session; yet had a dream with a freaky ufo that looked like a slinky.

Have recently been playing around with Matrix Energetics. I'm sure you've heard that buzz. To me, it seems to be about getting right or whole brained, to then project your awareness either externally in the Field or at least into your outer or higher awareness auric mind, as it were.
My eyes get tired from time to time. I do the 2 point thing and imagine this n that. The vision usually clears suddenly. And sometimes, sometimes not, the condition reasserts itself. Which is My old Tape reasserting itself.
Not sure how much of this is auto suggestion.

Maybe not tho as they say when you do this stuff it tends to generate synchronicity. I'm actually good at that anyway if I put my mind to it. But I did a little 2 point for a sign, for fun.
Later that night, I happened to come to a point in a book that had a rare word which I happened to employ years ago; for a related reason as to what was in the book. Had to have been there. It was neat tho as I had a song playing at the time...while my animation program was open. I was working on a frame where this grid pattern had the appearance of a face with staring eyes. Right at that moment the lyrics were, "I see you, I see you..." (Hawkwind!)
Everything clicked together in synchronistic fashion.

At times like these I get weird sensations. I feel like I'm being observed by et's, if not gods or spirits. This, or I get that cool sensation that it really is ALL ME ("in" the Field).

But as I've said before, these just come and go. Years ago I was trying use them in some way. Like they were stepping stones or indicators. Doesn't seem to be the case. They simply seem to indicate you've accessed a higher or more comprehensive level.
Growth issues generate synchs as well (Jung).

Geez. Last night. I was thinking of the guy here with the background in (WWII) history. He said it was a bit synchronous for him. Well as indicated, I've been rather moved by my perusings into that hell.
What I've been thinking/half attempting is to build up charges of pure love, with an intention of a... spiritual balm-endorphin enhancing scalar wave intention... to shoot back to that period and place.
Envision it bursting over russia...with the hope/intention that some kinda quantum effect will make available a minute trace of spiritual nourishment for whomever. A scalar sop if you will...(for those subjective states where people reside in their misery).
Now is that the epitome of wishful thinking!? It's the thought that counts maybe!

But what I wanted to say here was that David Wilcock - who's fully pro et - mentioned something about reverse engineered technology which included, of all things, internet IP addresses.
Long story short; he said the #606 was earth's IP prefix or something like that. Was either this or this part of the solar system (ie, the network of wormholes). Something you'll never likely see mentioned anywhere else of course. That kinda thing. But who knows, how'd he or they come up with 606?
Well, yesterday again, as I was pondering the above...I had a more realistic(?) idea for helping lost souls. Have neither thought of it before myself or read it anywhere.
That would be to set up beacons. How, don't know. With what, don't know. But I'm sure there's a way.
Beacons, 24/7, around the globe or whathaveyou, for the aide in helping traumatized souls find the Light.
Now when that thought hit my mind, I said, Oh! and checked the time; 6:06.
David says this is the kinda stuff that happens. And it does.

Now um, Dan Winter says the best thoughts to have are "shareable thoughts". Shareable thoughts enable this cosmic flow to well, flow properly. Enhancing interconnection. Love.
He also brings up the crucial matter of electro smog. I f you die in an area of full of this pollution, your subtle body (etc) may likely be scattered. Not likely but will. He says there's a horror show going on at all hospitals due to EM pollution. I'd have to concur.

To close, I saw this movie once called the Kingdom. A Danish movie. Was about a hospital with a staff less than conscientious. Part of it was about how many patients were traumatized and hence lost or stuck in the lower astral. That's an old movie now. Seems to be some corroboration there.

Thanks for your time, Mark

Hi AI,

I'm trying to understand the Law of Three in this context. Is it about finding the "middle ground" between STS/STO, reconciling two opposites through a neutral force? And depending on that (level of discernment) "the end justifies the means"? I might be off here. Any clarification would help. Thank you.

Azoth - have you read the Wave Series, in its entirety? If you have not, please do so. If you have, it might be worth the time to read it again because you seem to have a lack of basic understanding of energetic dynamics, Free Will, lessons, STO/STS, and the jungle of distractions that are out there to keep you neutralized.

Not necessarily the middle ground. More like, in simple terms: there is 'good', there is 'bad', and there is the particular situation/context that determines which is which.

And for that, yes, a level of objective discernment is necessary, along with a conscious aim. That would be STO (in my understanding), because it is giving what the situation really requires, on several levels: as AI explained probably better than I could ;)

It's rather different to the standard 'end justifies the means' philosophy, which is more about manipulating a situation to one's personal (often mechanical/entropic) requirements, regardless of what is really being 'asked' for by the wider objective reality, and often involving deliberate or unconscious denial of the consequences.

Laura's post had me in rolling on the floor. That was funny. I lost the plot with astrology for many reasons, some mentioned above. Astrology has no real foundation that we can get a handle on. Its been lost in the haze of changes. I think the idea of using it as a focus for psychic or intuitive insight is about as worthwhile as it gets. A crystal ball is as useful. Transits can have an effect though, whatever mess the rest of the chart is in. At one stage I was interested in Ted Mann's idea of the logarithmic interpretation of the timescale as opposed to the idea of linear time. Another view, another waste of time.

Azoth, I read the 'Forgotten Soldier' again last year. It doesn't really matter who wrote it, it is a good description of the hopelessness of war.
I have met two veterans of that war and both had their experiences in Army Group South. The first vet had been in the SS. I had a terrible argument with him regarding the value or worth of trees. This occurred on my wedding day. A few weeks later, he stubbed a cigarette out in my face. I was rather happy that he had to walk all the way back to Austria after the war. The second vet could only remember the lice. He gave me a vivid description. He had been somewhere near Voronezh during the Battle of Stalingrad. He was really vague about locations. You get that from Sajer's book. No one knew where they were in Russia. Robots doing this, doing that. A bit like astrology.

I think Anart's advice was good Azoth. ;)

I understand the "idea" of "free will" and violation of that will. If someone is drowning, I may try and help them. What's the difference in helping a person drowning at the time, or later on (in say therapy)? That is, if they were not yelling for help.

It's more curious that I even got caught up in this.

Years ago I found astrology-and-science.com which basically took the fun out of it. But like many, I still ventured in. Also why I went with Jyotish.
A curious thing I found was that there seems to be absolutely no astrological lore in old Norse literature etc. Guess they were too busy raising Hel, as it were.

Have been experimenting with dowsing... I once picked the right card out of ten. Took about 30 minutes, going over each one repeatedly.

Wow. Please tell us about the tree argument. What did you do after he burned your face? How old was he at that time? What's his ascendant? Kidding...

I've been watching Assault on East Prussia at youtube. Yet another conspicuous event with that eye of the needle strip of sand/ice off the coast. And the russian pilots just chopped them up - civilians.
Never knew much about Konigsberg but what a beautiful place, once. They say the Teutonic Knights set that up. Didn't care for their exploits with the heathens in the north though.... chopping down their sacred trees, among other things.

Robots and astrology. Ya, wir sind beides unconscious und sts. I think astrology needs - if possible in it's condition - to be incorporated into the aether physics model. This and the electric universe paradigm. A Maurice Cotterell (sp) found that the sun emits bands and striations into local space/aether.
It's these bands which may account for the Signs. in Any case, as you know, it's not the planets themselves. They are more the markers or hands of a clock...as to the conditions of the aether itself. Details at 6:00... :P

Felt compelled to google panzerfaust to see what they looked like. Small things that look like toilet plungers almost. Was humbled tho reading accounts "In Deadly Combat". I was a Dragon gunner in the army which is a medium antitank weapon. Never had to use it for real tho. But we had infra red sighting with guided rounds. No waiting till the last minute...

Hmm, what about someone who asks yet doesn't receive an answer? Is that a violation?
