Hello, I would like to attend the EE practice tonight if I may. I signed up on the spreadsheet at the start of the workshops, (yes, all that long time ago!) but never got started attending. Been going to the Reading Workshops though and have really appreciated them. I have been doing EE on my own for many years now as demonstrated in the instructional video. However, I have only ever done the pipe breathing and Warrior's breath. I understand there is a class on for tonight, 8p USA central standard time?
