Fireball or plasma phenomenon over Moscow?

My friend just sent me this video:

https://youtu.be/xddBH4MqMEw

From the description: The object moved very slow and disappeared in a couple of minutes after video was taken. It had a definite fireball shape before I got my phone to capture it.

Looks like it. We've seen a few falling fireballs that just go on forever and leave a long tail of black smoke.

Yep, looks like a pretty standard fireball.

About meteor/UFO/Plasma in relation to earthquakes, there is this interesting passage in Operation Trojan Horse by Keel, in the sense, there's a lot of data about some events.

And the paper by Martin D. Altschuler he quoted, which is full of data events and references too, and entitled Atmospheric Electricity and Plasma Interpretations of UFOs is available here :

Further to what I posted above, in the 7 November 1994 session, there was also this :

Q: (L) Why are UFOs frequently sighted over geological fault lines?

A: Electromagnetism. Use electrical free waves as fuel for power restoration.

Q: (L) Could it be that the UFOs are a manifestation of the geomagnetic energies emitted at fault lines?

A: No. Not all theories are correct and some are not even sincere.

Q: (L) What is the connection between UFOs and earthquakes?

A: Is none. Coincidence. If they are there, some fault breaks produce EM fields which are visible briefly as red or yellow light flashes.
