He appears to write as if he owned the life time activity of these scientists as his own.

when we looked at the honorary member list, most of them doesn't even appear to have have scientific credentials, they seem to have sprinkled these titles as family garlands ( HOOKS) for his son's career or his exploit.

After reading what are IMO filthy, sick emails How these so called scientists can even think of associating with him at all. Is these 150 scientist can't get this HOOK ?
We haven't checked the real credentials of all these scientists yet. There may be some cointelpro writings. If every body were a con, his dupe would have been exposed long time ago, IMO.

Don't this self-professed saint has any nuerons to understand what appears to has exposed over and over

is he Acting out as Insane to escape a arrest or playing pity game to avoid the punishment? FF appears to me to be a Psychopath Extraordinaire. I wouldn't be surprised if this guy joins some asylum to avoid the consequences or join monastry to come out like SAINT again.

Ridiculous that he's sent you all so many ludicrous emails and started in with the harassing phone calls. Not surprising, but still ridiculous. And it really is quite impressive that he's so incapable of forming coherent thoughts or sentences-- this does indeed appear to be the delusional ramblings of a psychopath. I guess he wasn't lucky enough to be one of the smart ones, just obnoxious and persistent, IMO.

Dear Sir's/Madam's.
A group of individuals are running forums/blogs through your network/systems and are seriously contravening your abuse policy.
The inappropriate content of the forums/blogs is very offensive and very untrue.Arkadiusz Jadczyk and his partner Laura Knight-Jadczyk have targeted French Government Ministers, Universities, Innocent Group of Companies of which I am the Chairman and or a Director and Private Individuals. The motivations for these attacks are due to Arkadiusz Jadczyk's removal from the University of Toulouse, Paul Sabatier,France. Also Arkadiusz Jadczyk wanted a Gold Medal Award from the Telesio GalileiAcademy of Science which he did not get. Resulting in Arkadiusz Jadczyk accusing the TGA of fraud.

I have contacted the administrators/moderators of the forums/blogs to remove the offending and misleading posts but they just do not reply and continue to spread false or fragmentary and very selective misleading information. Creating false statements, thus triggering false rumours and false innuendo’s through their cadre network. This in turn is being propagated through the World Wide Web and obviously picked up by Academics, Politicians, Business Associates, Shareholders and Clients alike. These kinds of tactics are very well known with the usual associated motives which are very clear in this case judging by all the posts that have been made.

Therefore in conclusion can you please intervene and request that the administrators/moderators of these forums/blogs respect the requests from their targets and remove the offending information and settle their differences in a clear and transparent manner without subjecting innocent and upright people to this very unsavoury and one could say extortionate modus operandi.

As a footnote all our Group Businesses are free of any litigation, claims or pending claims whatsoever. All legal and financial statutory obligations are fully in order and the Group Businesses have no debts or financial obligations. The companies have been very successful and it is a matter of record that we have had no complaints from our own legitimate shareholders only continued support and praise. All this is well documented from credible independent sources. This Cassiopaea affair has come out of the blue for us and one can only speculate as to the real motives behind this very coordinated and malicious attack. Your company is appearing to be used as a vehicle for these attacks and hopefully you can remediate.

In the other thread there was mention of the curiosity of Francesco Fucilla using different names, and thought it was interesting that in the first email address, Anthony Fucilla also has the name of Francesco Fucilla listed next to his email. Maybe 'Francesco' is his middle name or something and goes by it on occasion? Strange that FF would also send emails to other emails that belong to him too: f.fucilla@steriwave.com, Prof. francesco fucilla Francesco Fucilla <ffucilla@noeticadvancedstudies.us>. But then, it appears that there's very little thought in this guy's 'thought process'. I've found that sorting out idiocy from deviousness isn't the easiest thing to do when dealing with such types.

This is to inform you that starting today you are no more a member of the editorial board of AACA. The reason for that decision is the fact that your character is not consistent to the one I and senior members of the board of AACA expect from a scientist, since you defame people in you infamous websites before diligently investigating which is indeed the truth and give first the opportunity for people to defend themselves from your charges and your misleading interpretation of data.(*) You never have doubts, you simply think that you always have the truth. I sincerely hope that one day you will realize the evil that you and your wife caused. And in name of truth I publicly declare that this hard decision has nothing to do with your past scientific merit as a mathematical physicist, and repeat again, it is an issue concerning your character, one that only people like you may tolerate.



It is possible that you are going to use the present fact to continue to slander me, saying that I am mixing science with other issues, etc... However, I am quite confident that time will show that I am on the right side and took the right decision, and if I am wrong (and I have not a single reason to think I am) I will humbly recognize publicly my error. Hope you will have the dignity to do the same.

As you all know TGA you and I were engaged in dealing with exactly the same attacks and slanderous campaign
as the one we are going through at this moment.............In 2009/2010 >
The Telesio Galilei Academy, my self, my family and our companies suffered exactly the
same attacks as the one from the 2 poles !!
You 2 were also targeted !! REMEMBER !?
REMEMBER We got the City Police involved !?.....ie..... the CID investigation unit in Croydon investigating
the whole affair ...............and then we got the Fraud squad in Wales to investigate the
criminal activities against TGA companies me etc etc .................. and the allegation made against us
which were exactly if not worse that the allegations made this time by the poles !!!

WITH 1 BIG DIFFERENCE !!!

The allegations made in 2009/2010....................
came not only from UNKNOWN SOURCES TO US ........................ BUT............. THEY
CAME FROM BOARD MEMBERS AND DIRECTORS OF OUR GROUP .......... HENCE
100BILLION TIME MORE CREDIBLE THAN THE ATTACKS WE ARE GOING THROUGH
now...........BECAUSE IT WAS OUR OWN BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAKING THE ACCUSATIONS !!

REMEMBER !!??

MAY I KINDLY REITERATE THAT......... After a full investigation by the police ......... we were advised
to call in our lawyers and to take the case in a court of LAW !?
YOU BOTH PROVIDED AFFIDAVITS AS TO THE TRUE VERSION OF FACTS
PROVING WITHOUT DOUBTS THAT THE ACCUSATIONS WERE ALL FALSE and that the only
motivation for the attacks was money !!! The perpetrator wanted money !!
At the end it was proven that it was a case of extortion and intimidation to gain cash from us !!

AT THAT TIME, WE GOT PENINSULAR LAWYERS TO FIGHT THE GUY OF ALL FALSE ACCUSATIONS THAT
HE AND OTHERS WERE MAKING.......... AND AS YOU KNOW
24 HRS BEFORE THE WELSH TRIBUNAL WAS TO HEAR THE CASE
ALL OF THE WEB DATA WAS CANCELLED BY THE EXTORTIONIST......... AND WE GOT THE CASE RESOLVED
OUT OF COURT IN ORDER TO SAVE FURTHER COSTS............... WITH AN UNDERSTANDING THAT NO FURTHER
ATTACKS WERE TO BE POSTED BY THEM !!

NOW

I ASK OF YOU......................... KNOWING THAT THE POLICE HAD BEEN INVOLVED AND LOOKED
INTO ALL OF THE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST TGA ME MY FAMILY OUR COMPANIES ETC ETC AND
NOTHING HAPPENED ASIDE FROM WINNING THE CASE............................. AND.............. Knowing
that also in 2008 we had suffered EXACTLY THE SAME ATTACKS FROM AGAIN A TGA MEMBER
THAT WAS REMOVED FROM TGA.............HENCE FAR MORE CREDIBLE THAT THE 2 POLES.............. AND ........
..... AGAIN ....... KNOWING THAT THE CITY POLICE, LAWYERS ET ALL WERE AGAIN INVOLVED AND
HAD TO Looked INTO THE SAME FALSE ALLEGATIONS........... AND NOTHING HAPPENED ASIDE FROM
US GETTING RID OF THE BUD GUYS.................

We all know that in the Previous 2 attacks ..........The first guy in 2008 wanted the Millions
that I had raised in a PREIPO in a non transparent manner............. and as a result
............. I FULLY RETURNED all the money TO the INVESTORS....... !! NOT A CENT
WENT MISSING .............. AND ITS ALL DOCUMENTED !!
THE SECOND ATTACK BY THE BOARD MEMBER WAS AGAIN AS A RESULT OF WANTING
CASH !! REMEMBER !? He demanded a 3000 pound *24 + Damages for Unfair dismissal !!
HENCE...................
HOW CAN WE BELIEVE THAT 2 PEOPLE UNKNOWN TO
ME AND MY FAMILY, Our COMPANIES , TGA, IMF............. that knows nothing of TGA, ME My family
our companies IFM, NOETIC LIUM etc ............. Would take on in the interest of the public at
large such a COPY CAT 2009/2010 STYLE CRIMINAL ATTACKS ............... FOR NO REWARDS !!??
The irreversible logical conclusion are 3
1. They are doing this to get me to pay them to stop the attacks in order to reduce
the damage to me my family TGA IFM, NOETIC LIUM, the companies shareholders etc
2. they are being paid to do the attacks for reasons we know !! ( POLITICAL SPONSORS )
3. they are doing it in order to pay back the admin of the university
that removed him when allegations of fraud were made against the pole !!

If any LOGICIAN can offer a further possibility ..... I’LL BECOME A PRIEST !!

In conclusion

ARE WE TO BELIEVE THAT 2 PEOPLE from Poland, whom I have never meet....
invest time, money and energy ................in setting several
websites and work 24/7 ( EVEN OVER THE HOLIDAYS )..............WEEKENDS ETC ETC
........... because they are GOOD SAMARITANS !?
