Ginkgo Biloba

FWIW, the other day I came across Ginkgo Biloba (60 mg/day) with a description on the bottle saying that it helps with mental focus and memory. Read some papers on it and it seems promising (unless you take certain meds or have bleeding risks). I've been taking it for three days now and I have to say that I experienced an almost immediate effect of better focus. I don't get the brain fog that I'm used to getting. Memory is still the same, though. It could be a placebo effect, so will see how it's like in the coming days. 🧐
