Sorry the new year hasn't been good for you thus far Aragorn. But maybe it would be even worse if you hadn't detoxed. And we're not invincible as well. If you have them, lots of Vitamin C and sauna sessions will help. Take care. :flowers:

This is true -- it's also the time of year where all sorts of things converge that can wear us down, between stress, the weather, and so on. If it helps any, I've been sick with a cold the past few days, and I was doing my best to battle it with every trick in the book too. In my case, it probably had to do with holiday stress, traveling, and not getting enough sleep (so I guess I can't say I tried every trick in the book :rolleyes:). We can't control everything, and sometimes it just happens -- I hope you feel better soon, though, and keep doing all the right stuff including drinking plenty of water!

And speak of the devil, two days after I wrote that I had a minor runny nose and the day after that I had a full blown cold. I'm still sick and am taking lots of vitamin C now. Good luck to anyone else with the New Year bug!

Edit: But I wanted to add that my family and co-workers have been sick. So I think something has been going around and I may have caught it.
