Happy New Year everybody! :D Sorry that it's kind of late. I hope that everyone who has been sick feels better soon! I have been fighting a nasty bug since New Year's Eve. Luckily my symptoms have been better with the help of vitamin D and phaal curry.

Here's to another year of truth seeking and networking! :flowers: May we all learn much in the years to come.

And thank you everyone for all the knowledge that you have contributed! I have to wonder how life would be like for everyone if there had been no SOTT.net or Cassiopaea... I am grateful that I do not have to live without both. Thank you. :)

I wanted to thank all of you who had sympathy towards my wife's illness. I'm happy to tell you that she is feeling better; last night she only had ONE "cough attack" and today she seems more energized. She's actually up and "doing stuff" :)

Now, unfortunately I myself have the last days or so experienced vertigo (is this the correct English word in this context?) and spinning in the head. If I lay down or turn my head in any direction at "normal speed" the world will start to spin in my eyes and I get nauseous (which makes sleeping complicated too!). This could maybe be the same virus that my wife has, and maybe it has invaded my ear. I've had this kind of vertigo once earlier in my life; that time I couldn't walk straight because my balance organ was messed up. The doctor I went to see then was pretty sure it was a virus and that it would pass with time, which was also the case (or at least the disappearing of the problem).

I have moments of desperation and extreme tiredness, but overall I'm sure this is just one of those things (viruses) that one have to endure. Reading the 'Ultramind Solution' (half way now) has given me great hopes of improving the overall health and energy for all of us. It's shocking to learn how poorly one has eaten in the past! This is the first book that helps me finally understand what health is all about - what a wonderful and important book this is!

If someone has ideas of relieving this vertigo/spinning I would appreciate it. I'd like to post some ideas I have on the 'parenting', 'child psychopath' and 'is this it?' but it all will have to wait until I "can see straight again" :D

Happy New Year forum! It just turned midnight here, so it's now officially 2011 in my sector of space/time. Anyways, I'm going to have a quiet celebratory smoke to bring in the new year and some meditation afterwards. Have fun with whatever you all are up to tonight. :flowers:
