I was a bit sad to see 2009 go, it WAS such a remarkable year in so many ways, and the most important for me was coming closer to all you here. It's great to know you, what a bunch of compassionate, intelligent, witty and creative people you all are
And since we started going biblical ;) this is a quote that i had in my mind these days when thinking of the new year:

Happy 2010 to everyone in our extended family!
I think we were all touched by something very special in 2009 with the development of the EE breathing programme. Thanks to everyone at the chateau for being out on the front lines and everyone else for their struggles in their Work. You are an inspiring group of people!

It's great to be here and a part of it.
Somehow in my life, my daily bread is this forum and also the sott page, which gave and still gives me strength when sometimes life is looking dire.

Belated Happy New Year, everyone!
We tried to spend our New Year's eve in accordance with Andromeda's and Ailén's proposed ideas.
So here is a picture of our evening setting.
Next images were taken right after 12:00 am, when several Chinese lanterns were released into the of cold of the night. It was -35C at that time. Hopefully no one mistaken the lanterns for UFOs. :)

I completely agree, 2009 will be remembered as the year when the promise "help is on the way" became a reality through the EE Breathing program, happy new year friends! ;D

Right now she's off to see a doctor because of the eye infection. We both are well aware of the "state" of official/western medicine and rarely rely on their services, but my wife wanted to have the eye checked and maybe get some antibiotic eye drops. Now, I know that this maybe isn't the "organic" way of treating this, but we are both soooo tired and exhausted right now (trying to take care of our toddler boy at the same time, who is running and climbing all over the apartment), that we just don't have the energy to think out alternative stuff.
For the throat we have tried various remedies like steam, honey, different herbal teas (some with herbal Carmolis drops, eucalyptus and finally many of the "western medicine stuff" like Codesan and more stronger mixtures. Well, the best results have come with cinnamon tea and honey and there's slight improvement. As for the eye I cannot yet say.
I remember reading in Laura's 'Grace' about her eye infection (what led to it and how it went away) and it has crossed my mind that there could be more to my wife's condition than meets the eye. I can't help thinking of how her illness started just two days after I posted my recording of the POTS here on the forum. And this mp3 file, as it turned out, had metadata that clearly exposed my wife's name (since it was produce on her laptop). I'm not saying that this recording is that special or anything, but maybe the fact that my wife's name was spread into this wast internet universe made someone/something somewhere eager to have some "fun", e.g. sending "bad energies" to my wife.
I myself are also having serious muscle aches in the back, shoulders and neck. The FIR-blanket has helped some. The recent days I've also surprised myself of having strange and not familiar flashes of selfish and aggressive thoughts. This could be due to the tiredness, but I'm aware that this could be some form of attack also. Just as things in our family was really brightening up, it seems that we have a momentarely (I hope) "battle" to win.
Thanks for the concern. Yes, we both have been taking 2g of vitamin C per day almost the whole autumn and winter. Her fever has been gone now for two days, but this incredible persistent dry cough is just never ending. And today she woke up with an infection in the eye! The right side eye was so swollen that she almost couldn't open it in the morning, and there's "stuff" pouring out. The throat is also swollen only on the right side.The right side of the body, If I remember correctly, is in bioenergetics considered the "giving/doing" side; for a month or so my wife has had way too much work, which could be a contributing factor to her illness, dunno.Gandalf said:
