Happy Puppies!

Oh my gosh, how cute!

While I was sitting here watching the videos, cooing over these little pups, here comes my dog with my daughter's shoe in his mouth saying "look at me mom."

Yup. Puppies grow up. And they need as much attention when they are grown up as when babies, though in different ways.

We haven't had any more puppies for a few years now because it is just too traumatic when they go to their new homes. We love them so much we want to keep them all and have kept a few which is why we have 8 dogs at present. We just knew that if we had anymore puppies we'd end up with more! And if we had any more, we wouldn't be able to give them the attention they each need.

aww, I cannot imagine myself surrounded by puppies like that at home, I will be staring at them all day. They are way toooo cute!

Well I'm a cat person so I will have to combat all this mushy puppy goo with some cute kittens when my cat has her litter. :P

Okay, my cat has left the room so I can be honest. Yup, those are some cuties.

What kind of flowers were those in the beginning of the clip? They looked like carnations but I am not familiar with them in the orange and yellow color.

Giant marigolds. That was the last good batch I was able to grow. The weather has not cooperated for a couple of years now. They need warmth and sun EARLY in the year to produce like that.

Mamma Mia! Eight canines :O

Luckily they are not all EM detectors - ain't they? Cause in that case you would need a really BIG bed! :-[

:knitting:

What a lovely before-bed-treat! Tiny cutie pups that fit in a palm! Awww

Thank you, Laura, for posting the additional videos. How great is to see the puppies grow from their first moments, first steps, first outings... first everything! The environment they're growing in looks just wonderful: plenty of place to play, fresh air, green grass and so many people who really love and care about them. It was really heartwarming to watch. I wonder how all the talks you have in your kitchen affects these dogs. I think it must in some way. In a good way that is.

A big Thank You to truth seeker and Laura for sharing with us all their happy puppies...they made my week!!! :D :hug2:

Most people could only be so lucky to have it as good as those pups. :halo:
