Are Nitrates bad for bacon lovers? Do calories really need to be counted so religiously? Is fiber actually any good for your gut? What about that "high cholesterol?" We'll be tackling these and other popular food myths today on the Health and Wellness Show. As always, Zoya will be joining us for the Pet Health Segment.

Tune in Weekly on Fridays at 10am EST!

I really enjoyed the show. You guys and gals are doing a great job on getting the info out on so many health topics. Keep up the great work! Having doggies, I always look forward to Zoya's Pet Health Segment! So many great suggestions to keep us all healthy! Thank you for all your hard work in making this show possible. ;D

This is one we deal with with our dog and there was a thread about thunderstorms and dogs, but maybe that could be expanded out to psychological health and remedies for pets?

And I recently got some natural tick repellent essential oil spray to replace the toxic Frontline. Natural remedies like that may be helpful. I've saw a video of someone who uses sweet orange and cedarwood essential oil on his dog, although citronella, lemongrass, lemon eucalyptus, and lavender seem to be repellents too.
