hope?

I quoted the wrong post. I meant it in reply to this by Casper:

Turn around and tell me where is the love of truth took Laura and her family?
We are all with her, but in fact we are away, we share kilometers.

Will they ever find out the truth if there is no hope?
I do not know, but I think it is sad and tragic that seekers of truth have so many enemies for the neck.

Elibert Hubbard:
Hope in reality is one of the greatest evils, because it prolongs man's suffering."
I think as long as we are looking for salvation without work, we will cling to hope...as long as someone can GIVE us answers, we cling to hope
Maybe hope is just something that we use to procrastinate in the work or to avoid it all together.
MLK and EH really have a point...we will keep looking outside ourselves for answers to questions because that is the sad norm. We all want things handed to us with as little effort as possible. Avoiding the work will prolong man's current state of turmoil.
The only thing worth hoping for may be time to gain knowledge...Maybe hope has more than one side depending on the perspective/knowledge an individual may have?
:)
It seems to me that the love of truth has taken Laura and her family to great places. Not always easy places but great ones. Greatness is not easy. I think many of us would say that gaining an objective view of things with the help of a network has made our lives better.

Hi

For this topic and from what i have read. i try to keep things simple in life.

So all we can do is work on ourselves which is in our control, and try not to worry bout things out of our control? which is waste of our energy and time. :)

Hope for me is treating others with kindness and helping people when they ask for help. I don't attach hope to outcomes anymore. Just how i choose to be. I am hopeful that if i hurt someone i will apologise and if someone needs my help i will do my best to help. My hope is in how i choose to live, not what happens while I live.

I agree and like that reply wanderer :)

Things are not in our control unfortunately also affect our lives and some of our life decisions.
If it is a waste of energy I believe that there can not help because it is something that still affects us.
Take for example that you have taken a loan in Swiss francs, and the exchange rate has grown rapidly,
Your loan installment is rapidly accelerated, the more you can do nothing, but it affects you fall in living standards and naturally draws your energy.
People that are sure to help you in life,.
.when ask for help you turn your back.
Day by day, experiencing more and more people who are disappointed in life because you are constantly sabotaging if you want to change something for the mentally healthy development of yourself and your surroundings.
They look at you with amazement even though these people have asked, how would you solve the problem if you were able, and the answer they do not like because they are limited in their thinking and their self-importance.
I just can not believe how individuals can make a mass of people, and at the same time how individuals can their actions and destroy the mass of people.
I think that is not yet created a balance between these two polar opposites of individuals, and therefore all the more hope we place in this magic word-hope.

Laura moved closer to the truth and sabotage are the psychopaths, where is the justice?
It seems that the laws are written to meet the individuals.
Freedom of speech and writing?
The law prohibited!
It doesn't say where there's truth there's justice. Turn it around. Would there be any hope without truth. Remember the concept of non anticipation. True hope would have to be non-anticipatory. In other words shine a light on truth without expecting good outcomes or some kind of reward but just for the love of truth.
Martin Luther King
"Our tomorrow, hopes we've learned something from our yesterday"
We repeat historical mistakes, so we have not learned anything.

The flow of life events in life does not depend on us (no or very little), but the way in which we will submit these things, to a large extent depend on us.I hope that Laura will bee strong enough.
