Horoscopes. Should I be reading them?

You can register for free and get a natal chart for free. Under "free horoscopes" click on "Personal Portrait" or "Astro Click Portrait" and type in your birth data (Date, Time and Place).
Once you know your natal chart and where the planets are (in the houses and in relation to each other) you can also search the internet for other descriptions and insight.

The only disappointing thing is that sometimes they can be wrong. I have my exact birth time from my birth certificate and it seems that automated softwares are unable to calculate my natal chart right. Its bizarre. If you do my chart manually, you'll see that I'm not what a software claims me to be. I don't know why this happens.

I found a website: _astrosage.com, which claims some kind of specific software. Now, I don't like that website except that they are the only ones which get my moon sign right.

FWIW.

I hear you. Computer generated free charts on the net are always a bit tricky and I also don't necessarily like the interpretations of them. That's why I think it's best to go to a professional astrologer if one is inclined to and/or get some books. In my case the chart that is generated at _astro.com matches with the one from the astrologer I've been going to.

I checked out _astrosage.com. If I'm not mistaken this site generates verdic astrology charts, which is a different system than western astrology and shows a different natal chart altogether. In other words the sun, moon signs, etc... will be different. Fwiw.

I see, so maybe it was just a coincidence that it calculated my moon sign.

:offtopic:
they also do a nifty lunar ovulation chart for us girls....I find that I only ovulate when the midpoint between periods and the lunar date coincide,so I go thru fertile cycles and ''barren '' ones

Yes, I read horoscopes, but only for the entertainment just like I read the jokes (I have a ''print addiction'' ,I can not help but to read...like the credits after a movie anything...I blame it on my schooling,we were not taught to spell or sound out but every word is a ''sight'' word...if you spell a word to me I don't get it but if I see it I get it instantly)

a while ago I noticed the FB horoscopes I was getting seemed to have datamined my posts
