My sister just informed me that she was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure at 25. It does run in our family because my mother has it, but I always assumed that it was due to her weight issues. I have read that the "Agua de Jamaica", which translates into Jamaica Water (a hibiscus flower) lowers high blood pressure, is full of vitamin C and in my family, we drink it all the time, guess she's gonna have to drink more! But I will look into the Ketogenic diet. To be honest, I'm a bit worried. :/
Is it the commercial agua de Jamaica? If so it has tons of sugar. Or is it homemade from hibiscus withou added sugar?ninas said:Hello!
