I Wish I Could Index My Brain

I have read so much over the years that I would love to access! I am hoping that meditation will help with my recall. Do you have suggestions that may help with this?

The general idea proposed in various sessions and threads is to upregulate the DNA so as to improve one's connection to the Creative principle in in the information field. This is done through various means - strict attention to diet, detox protocols, fasting, meditation, exercise, good sleep, EMF hygiene, mental blocking, heat and/or cold therapies, taking supplements, prayer, and networking about one's personal life. To name a few. Other than that - start writing maybe? Either on the threads here, or on a substack blog? I've found writing is a good way of remembering what I've read.

It definitely is; in the last decade or so, I have been taking copious notes on material I want to remember. I figure, it comes into my eyes, goes thru my brain to my hand, onto the paper, then back through my eyes to my brain. Something of an exercise in reinforcement.

It depends on the purpose of recall, I think our minds access information depending on the need to access it. Having it always accesible might be overwhelming.

As such, one of the best exercises I can think of is to perhaps write concepts as if you were explaining them to someone else, that will help you recall and process the information. The idea of understanding something well enough when one is able to explain it simply is true in this sense.

In my experience, it is when I am trying to explain something to someone else, that a lot of what I've read suddenly comes back at the right moment.

Thank you, there were several posts that disappeared. Thankfully I had taken screenshots of most of the suggestions, but I had not saved the links!
