If souls feel the pain they caused after death, why do some still choose STS?

If, after death, the soul goes through a kind of awakening of conscience — fully feeling the pain it caused others, as if it were its own — then why do some souls still choose to follow the path of selfishness and control (Service to Self) in their next incarnations?

Very good question, I think. I have a lot of confusion in this regard. I can be mistaken but there was probably some session info about strictly STS beings trying to avoid the 5D reincarnation cycling, etc. I haven't yet read all the messages in the following thread:

So, this and similar issues might already have been discussed from certain aspects.

Since the Lizzies or the 4D STS Orions are also supposed to reincarnate, do they also go through the same cycle of life-review and planning the next, etc?

I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because of a lack of awareness of the possibilities? The entire purpose of life/living is to expand one's knowledge and awareness, but sometimes we can't see the wood for the trees in our minds. Also, one can have the very best of intentions at the beginning of our lives but life circumstances and events can really derail the better intentions of our souls.

Think about all of us here on this forum; how many of us can truly say we were aware of the STO pathway prior to learning of it on here? Probably none of us, unfortunately. Also, it has been mentioned many times that when we reincarnate, we pass through a veil/process where we sadly can lose some of that precious awareness we gained from previous lives, kinda like we have to re-ignite that spark within and old memories slowly resurface in the nascent mind through life. It's a tricky one to figure out.

The lessons the soul experiences go far beyond the concept of good and evil. Knowing that we have chosen the short path back to the One, our Creator, we experience an infinite palette of concepts related to the different "Names of God" in order to magnetize our soul.

I don't remember the exact wording of the C's, but it was something like they were contained by the height of their constriction.

I've been looking for the session for 20 minutes, but it's resisting me.

I believe that life review only works for those who have not decided that their being is the only thing that matters.

If others aren't you, the pain of others can be something delicious and rewarding. Then a 100% selfish person won't revise their life in terms of improving it for others, but rather to improve it in his personal power.

simple answer is - "Lessons" are not yet learned, to be learned and that is about "Programs". In the process of understanding these programs, we learn how the world works. That is the knowledge soul wants to learn.

if one goes to 4D STO and they are responsible for guiding lower densities. For that, they have to know how lower densities work aka physical world.

I should add that the choice for non-existence is a valid choice in a universe where there is no free lunch.

4th density is "free" of the forgetfulness of 3rd between cycles ( this is stated explicitly in transcripts, maybe someone can give direct quote ) , also variable physicality at 4th so question is somewhat off kilter , as for @Paweł 's question , and to quote Edgar Cayce " a dead Presbyterian is just a dead Presbyterian " , at 5th one gets to contemplate all choices , but choice still " remains ". ( fwiiw / blah )

I’m under the impression that they (4DSTS) don’t reincarnate in the sense of going to 5D and choosing another mission because they cannot give love to another to procreate and thus us why their species is dying. They want bodies that they can slip in and out of at will, that’s the crux of the human hybridisation program they’ve got going on here.

I think that’s reflected here in 3D and the quest for eternal youth and the desire to live ‘forever’

Another perspective is that in the sense of STS and STO, if a person has karma to balance- which is all of us, then choosing an STS realm that would offer those catalysts for learning that lesson profile is likely the only option. May be we have a need to physically experience the horrors we’ve caused another with all the sensations of being in a body, that wouldn’t be available in a STO realm.

Exactly, at 5D a soul cannot know more than it has learned in its previous incarnation cycle, so the statement ‘a dead Presbyterian is just a dead Presbyterian’ means they take those beliefs with them to 5D and can only program their next incarnational experience based on the belief systems they gathered in that life, with may be a few caveats designed by the higher selves to potentially impact greater learning possibility.

In this sense, I believe souls can progress through their learning in the physical but also if their learning objectives are not met, they can lose potential and have to go back and repeat lessons that have been unlearned or forgotten. Very similar to taking a course in education on earth, if we don’t understand a subject and no matter how it’s presented to us we just don’t get it, we might have to do some more rudimentary preparations before we can learn it, ie; take other courses or engage in other experiences to increase our capacity to learn the topic we are interested in.

I find the concept of black hole very intriguing and although likely off this topic in this thread, love to contemplate the purpose and necessity of them to facilitate physicality and the ultimate potential of a reincarnation cycle- starting again at primal matter. Have you heard those things? The gravitational pull they have to suck us into non-being, truly awesome.
