Note on the video from ivanb the US Deep State finally determined that its much safer to shoot UFOs using robotic drones equipped with Hellfire missiles, instead of human piloted jets. (IIRC) O.G. Knapp mentioned this on their many shows. Malmgren also mentions the case below on bold video link during the nuclear explosion this footage with the UFO falling was originally CENSORED:

but now, thanks to whistleblowers the censoring was removed. I have downloaded and watched more than a dozen long documentaries from the source channels Source #1. Source #2. and Source #3. by Knapp.

Famously US Deep State is bragging using dupe nuclear launches and detonations to attract UFOs - (IIRC) Jake Barber states it here - and when they appear on the Deep State's now specially developed 'UFO-Hunting-Radar' - female radar operator testimony in book form and she is on video here as well posted by Chaze - and Deep State begins to shoot at the alien vehicle with the intent of bringing the UFO down. US always was belligerent toward anything and anybody. Watch videos in the three sources above, where the whistleblower states (IIRC) - Source #3. - the telepathically communicating alien in military uniform - asking for "Tellurium" to repair his ship - running down the desert road categorically denies asking help from the military guys "At the military base just over the mountain", because "they are evil bastards!"

Also here is the September 15, 1991, Shuttle Mission STS-48 video, where it is claimed a large long beam is being shot by the Deep State at the [claimed] conveniently cruising large UFO:

Your reply was unfocussed, and contained miscellaneous items around the subject of mankind's aggressive actions towards UFOs. I can see that the Deep State would like to acquire more UFO craft in order to try to back-engineer the mysterious technologies from which they are made, and so would perhaps instruct some of their pilots to try to disable, and down such craft.

That policy would undoubtedly incur greater pilot losses than, say, Russia, which quickly learned its lesson, but I am still incredulous that "thousands" of pilots have been lost due to such encounters with UFOs. I was unable to find any such quote by any purported "whistleblower" in any of the links that you kindly provided.
