Into the dark night I went.

Welcome back to the forum and welcome back to life.

As one who has suffered the black dog of deep depression on and off for the last 30 years, I can truly appreciate the enormity of your return.

I know this has been really difficult for you, but please know whatever suffering you have, share and withstand, are for the benefit for all. Whenever your feet were held to the flames, and you ultimately persevered, you left a trail for those who have followed so that your insight becomes their insight.

I do think it important to consider how we can help those so distraught that they stop participating in the forum, before they stop participating.

However, perhaps what you went through was essential to your lesson plan. I just agonize over the suffering that so many end up going through alone and worry even more for those who never find their way back to the forum.

Depression with suicidal thoughts are certainly an effective form of attack, OSIT.

Again, welcome back.
Here's to your good health,

Gonzo

Welcome back j0da, from one who has also been inactive for a while, though not as long as you. I'm sorry you had to go through such a long period of torment. Hats off to you for persevering and getting through it. I wish you all the very best :)

Great for you to be back j0da. So glad to hear that you are well after the circumstances you describe. Take care.

Having arrived at this point an important question formed in my mind: "WHAT NOW?" Frankly, I don't know, but I hope I'll find out soon enough and You, my friends, are part of the answer.

Your post j0da has touched my heart and I just gotta say Howdy.!.!.! Good to "hear" from ya... And that my friend could be a happy feeling from reaching out to friends... Who does know what is going to happen? Do what ya can, the best ya can where look back at a good day and let's "see" what happens? That's the interesting/fun part of non-anticipation, think, listen, observe, make peace with and love thyself. Yep, we are all out here for ya. Welcome back to your network
:cool2: :cool2: :cool2:...

Good work JOda--welcome back :flowers:
It is wonderful news to hear of someone returning and validating the lessons available here. Recently I had a very little meltdown compared to yours, and what has helped me so much is focusing on the recommended diet changes and the EE breathing techniques. I think they are a good place for any of us to look for support in our growth and well being. Best of luck1

I must say I wasn't cheered this way since I said something funny about tomatoes during physics class in high school! Good to know so much of You are still hanging around, so.. high five, people!

With that in mind I'll put my "reasons" together, those which led to my disappearance from the forum. Maybe we'll work something out of this. Also, while we are at it...it reminds me of certain difficulties that are very specific to our members, when they go into therapy. Kinda like:

-"Hi, I'm depressed, the world is probably coming to an end and 9/11 was an inside job. What? No, I'm not delusional!"
-"Of course you aren't..."

Again, thanks a lot for Your warm welcome!

:wow: Wow, j0da, welcome back!!! What a tough ride you've been having, I'm so glad for you that you've struggled your way up again!
Just recently I've asked myself what on earth has happened to you..

You ask where to go from here.. in case you aren't up to date, as Gawan mentioned already, there's a powerful breathing program called Eriu Eolas out (from Laura and Chateau team) and it's really powerful and will help tremenduously with your inner and outer progress, i.e. growth. As well as essential studies on detoxing the body from poisenous food, for example everything containing gluten, dairy products, vegetable oils and other evil stuff in foods.. check out the Diet and Health section!

In any case, so great you're back (though I only know you from reading your posts from back then)! :flowers:

Welcome back J0da!. What a Journey you had! :scared:. It must be the most painful journey. Meanwhile Laura and her crew made so many wonderful evil free mouth watering recipes, we don't feel that bad for dumping the old recipes.

First thought that came to me is, why didn't you mention here before disappearing. It would be interesting to listen the reasons and I am sure it will help others.

That's a very moving story j0da, it's great to see you made it through the dark night. Welcome back! :)
