Glad to see you back, j0da :) You stopped participating around the time that I stopped being a lurker here and started to really participate myself, so seeing you back is bringing back a lot of memories and making me nostalgic -- glad we will finally be active here at the same time!

Hello and welcome back, jOda!

As a newbie in early 2007, your namesake and avatar always made me smile - it was one of the more familiar "faces" here on the forum so to speak. (Also enjoyed your posts!) Often wondered if you had transformed your name/avatar to something else, although I could usually figure out if that sort of change had taken place. Not so with jOda. Good to know you've made it back.

So much has happened within the forum these past 2 years. The EE program, The Fellowship of the Cosmic Mind, eliminating wheat and dairy from our diets, plus an amazing detoxification program that has helped others deal with depression and clear their minds to confront whatever the Universe has in store for them. (At the very least, you might want to start the EE breathing routine as others have recommended!)

Despite the machinations of the PTB, (The Pepin lawsuit, untimely deaths of forum members, recent increased HAARP activity to try and pull us down mentally and physically) there is still hope here...perhaps much more than one might have felt a few years ago when confronted with the 'horror of the situation' and the relentless, negative "give up and/or submit" programs instilled in us all from birth.

As Anart speculated in a recent thread entitled "Staying Focused During the Increasingly Difficult Times Ahead," (http://www.cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php?topic=17121.60) the PTB and their 4D masters are acting pretty desperate lately in their quest for total control:

...The electromagnetic pressure has been cranked up, no question, but I get the sense that this is not unique to North America - it is a global operation. If we continue to communicate with one another and notice that we're all being affected in unusual ways, we have a guide stone to touch - to help us in our darkest (or most agitated) moments; to remember that pushing through this is the only option, lest 'they' win; that pushing through this is possible because it IS due to external pressure, not our own weaknesses/lack/hopelessness/exhaustion.

I don't know about you, but the fact that I'm being subjected to external interference that is capable of leaving me hopeless - in an incarnation defined by ultimate hope for our entire species and reality - makes me very angry. Righteous anger is very useful.

I'm also reminded of the obvious fact that those controlling those who utilize HAARP, and other technologies, are capable of moving through space and time at will. They are capable of seeing the various future outcomes of this time line. Yet - they are pulling all the stops out now with a palpable sense of desperation - to the point where even the most clueless and sleeping human being notices things have gone crazy.

What that suggests to me is that what they can see from their perspective ('outside' time and space, from our perspective) is not what they want. The outcomes they are seeing are NOT what they want - thus the desperate push, the madness and, at times, the sloppy efforts that make little sense.

If the majority of those time lines that they can observe fell within their satisfied parameters, there would be no need for this desperation.

So - we are doing something right - despite our current struggles, pain and hopelessness. The battle is through us and we are capable of much, much more than we can currently understand. Otherwise, why the desperate push for total control?

That's just my current take on it, of course - and I could be so far out in left field that I can't hear the hot dog vendor - but - if I'm not, there is a lot to be hopeful about. fwiw.

We are here for you and one another...and for any person whose conscience hungers for the truth, is hurt, confused, depressed/angered, and utterly appalled by the lies and destructive nature of this world in its current state. May you...and all of us here together...discover the dawn that surely comes after the dark night.

It was heartening to read your short overview and as someone who has gone through depressions I can only imagine what it is to go through severe depression.

I saw a great quote when looking up postmodernism for a comment on a photography group.

In 1994, the then-President of the Czech Republic and renowned playwright Václav Havel gave a hopeful description of the postmodern world as one based on science, and yet paradoxically “where everything is possible and almost nothing is certain."

That is sort of along the same lines. I might even add that to my quotes.

Wow, I'm so happy to see you here again j0da. I've frequently wondered where you had gone and that's quite the ordeal you've gone through. Jeez, your coming back made me cry. It makes me think of just how important this network is and how interconnected our Work is with one another. I'm really glad you made it through. Welcome back. The recommendations about diet and Eíriú-Eolas really are life changing things. The toxins in our body make those wounds of our past all the more harmful. Cleaning our system of them goes a long way in helping us heal at other levels and prepares us to receive the gifts that EE has to offer. I think you'll get a lot out of both things. I don't know if I changed my forum name before or after you left - if so I'm Shane. If those things come up again, I hope you and others who go through tough times know this forum will be here for you. It truly is a bridge over troubled water. It's good to see you again.
