Agreed, I immediately noticed some harshness in anart's posts but did not considered them as particularly offensive. I learned better to pay attention to what is being said rather than to how it is being said.kevin2themystic said:as I (and apparently others) have learned a lot from reading her posts and from what little interaction we have had, I find her quite lovable.

Very happy to hear this Guardian, I have missed you!Guaradian said:Well Divine Cosmic Mind willing, and the creek don't rise, I plan on being around more.
James Henry said:Laura, I appreciate your response.
anart, I hope you can find a way to alleviate your mental turmoil. Good journey.
Guardian, welcome back.
My intent for this thread was to check on the well being of anart (Pepperfritz has been on my mind lately). Now with more data, I do not know if I stuck my nose where it did not belong. I will need to think on this further.
No need to think further. It's natural to wonder when someone who posts frequently has an unannounced absence. Nothing wrong with wondering if she's OK.James Henry said:Laura, I appreciate your response.

I noticed some harshness as well, but the message was spot-on, or so I thought. If someone like Anart can be led astray, what does that mean for us as newbies?

Laura said:...The choice was mutually agreeable. Her inability to modulate her reactive harshness was a constant source of friction in the background and the overall goals of the forum were not only not being well-served, it might even be said that the goals were being diverted and/or harmed. It's one thing to know the words, another to know the music and to be able to dance with the Universe.
'Nuff said.
Though it looks odd for the person like Anart to quit, we have seen before some one whom we value highly quit faced with some barriers which they thought big. That is why it is work. It always throws things at our face which we don't want to see. Answer lies in how we want to respond to the barrier. Willingness to learn and having the knowledge goes a long way in the process.Sunflower said:MrEightFive said:Agreed, I immediately noticed some harshness in anart's posts but did not considered them as particularly offensive.
