Just for a little perspective i will relate my personal experience. I have been weak in my choices and diet lately which may be the reason i have been experiencing sleep paralysis lately. It has been without the "monster" until last night. It took me by surprise and grabbed onto me. I did not experience fear. I only stopped it from attacking while yelling in its face to F off. This seemed to work. My thinking is that it is the knowledge i have gained that allows me to block it. FWIW.

Thank you for let me know your personal experience, even though surprised attempt from something, you didn't fear and makes that thing backed off!! Very impressed.
If only I had a knowledge back then, it was a different kind of story to tell.
