Israel-Palestine War: Hamas Breaks Out of Gaza, Israel Responds With Genocide

If Americans were easy to lie to, they would not have elected Trump

Interesting that every like on that post were from non Americans. The hardest part of going through all this is my utter disappointment in my fellow Americans who have been asleep at the wheel for decades, and who even now prefer strongly to cling to their illusions. As for those who voted for Trump, only a modicum of self preservation would be sufficient to make that choice over Kamala. No, I agree with Ruth, Americans have farmed out their responsibility to their so called leaders and "experts," having somehow missed the utter corruption and criminality of same, for far too long. Well past the point of no return.

Not only are they ignorant (not necessarily unintelligent), they're often times arrogant in their ignorance, which really takes the cake.

They lie to themselves which makes them easy to lie to. Just tell them what they want to hear.

True, it is apparently too late to avoid the destruction of the US in one way or another, as the C's have pointed out. However, the US does seem to have made a turn for a potentially better future (less destruction?), ahead of pretty much all other Western countries.

If Americans were still easy to lie to, they would have continued to listen to the media lies and voted accordingly - and the C's mentioned that many more people actually voted for Trump. The apparent divine intervention to save Trump also apparently came from a lot of people praying for him, not just in the US but probably mostly there.

As to "arrogance in ignorance", I don't know how much that can be generalized on Americans. In my view, Germans are even more like that and maybe other nations as well. I am half German myself, so I know that all too well. Maybe we all have a tendency of being more critical towards the countries we are most familiar with.

I wasn't generalizing that, most have the good sense not to boldly state the latest propaganda they just downloaded from their idiot box as though it were their very own carefully crafted opinion on social media. But certain ones do, and do so often. Usually from the left.

They (Americans) seem to me a little like dear in the headlights, not sure which way to turn. So they cling to what's familiar.

Trust me, I would prefer not to feel this critical of Americans. I'm waiting for them to give me a reason not to.

I'm also half German and watching the clown show over there as well.

This illustrates my feelings on the catastrophic 'pro-Israel' aggressiveness and xenophobic hatred that I feel so strongly mirrors the behaviour of the Nazis in Germany between the 1930's and 1940's. To me the tragedy is that this behaviour is exactly the same thing, in real time, and will have exactly the same result.

The title of this video does not reflect its content, which the majority of people support, and even more so when it comes to the application of international law, which Israel has been flouting for over 75 years.

Israel is flooded with evil and lack of empathy. “I never knew people were capable of being so evil” (Professor Orit Kamir, Haaretz Hebrew):
I have never seen so much evil; so many people eager to express wickedness; competing with each other in demonstrating their closeness and lack of empathy. I never knew people were capable of being so evil. To rejoice in the pain of others. To rejoice when people suffer, starve, die, lose everything they have and die. That is why I have never been so afraid. The feeling is that a mighty dam has been breached and masses of Israelis are removing all restraints of humanity from themselves and racing to wallow together in toxic hatred, joy in the ego, dehumanization, and violence. As if they were just waiting for the moment when they could free themselves from the rules of etiquette that obliged them to maintain a semblance of morality. With shouts of age, they are shedding the conventions and norms that human society has been building for thousands of years to curb the rampage of the ego. They are giving freedom a new meaning: freedom from the shackles of culture. Equality has been erased from their lexicon, not to mention human dignity. Compassion, empathy, loving your neighbor as yourself — have been abolished … The new Israeli togetherness is based on an addiction to hatred and bloodlust …

None of this happened in an instant, nor on its own. There was someone who had been inciting and poisoning for years, and had built a sophisticated machine to do so systematically ... In the list of Netanyahu’s crimes against humanity and against Israeli society, stripping many Israelis of all moral inhibitions is one of the most serious. And the highlight: he managed to turn his most terrible failure, the October 7 massacre, into the ultimate excuse that justifies and encourages the new evil Israeliness. Like a Pavlovian response implanted through hypnosis: People only need to remember that day, and they immediately desire the destruction of Palestinians. And along the way, they are also eager to alienate the kidnapped, attack their families … Netanyahu does not alone bear public responsibility for the horrific disintegration that is taking place before our eyes. He, the members of his government, and the coalition MKs are all openly leading this terrible process. Their fault is complete. And the media that serves them with sickening obedience, and performs the mass hypnosis process for them, and anyone who fills or aspires to a leadership position, who does not set moral boundaries and does not present an alternative, bears responsibility along with them.

In times when a society is losing its moral backbone, as is happening to us now, positive leadership is needed. One whose moral compass is clear, and which is not afraid to call evil evil and demand moral behavior … [one]that does not adapt itself to the murky public mood, but rather points to the human path, the object of life, and calls out "after." Without such leadership, it is hard to believe that a society can extricate itself from the quagmire into which it has sunk … I'm not talking about the Gantz and the Lapidim, who are incapable of stammering a word of moral leadership — there are no expectations from them. Their moral emptiness is obvious. But even the Eisenkot, on whom desperate Israelis are throwing their love, are filling their mouths with water … Even Yair Golan, who correctly identified the processes a decade ago — refuses to cry out against them today ... For political reasons? Like Netanyahu? Even judges, military personnel, and former gatekeepers who fill platforms and panels and stand firm against the coup d'état — are silent in the face of the moral horror. They too are blinded by the two million Gazans who are being expelled, starved, and slaughtered by us incessantly; in the face of organized pogroms backed by the authorities and under the auspices of the security forces in the West Bank. Yehudit Karp, who was the Deputy Attorney General and is crying out against the horror, is an exception that proves the rule. And so are the leaders of the protest, whom we hoped would emerge as an alternative leadership … Despite the loudness of the Israelis who are racing to the bottom, I am sure that most of us desire life and peace; That we have not renounced humanity. We have been silenced in the face of violence and ugliness, but we are still here.

(Orit Kamir is Professor of Law and Gender at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Visiting Professor at University of Michigan Law School).
Israel is in Moral Meltdown

In French
Israël est inondé par le mal et le manque d’empathie. “Je ne pensais pas que les gens soient capables d’être aussi méchants » | Le Saker Francophone

"Despite the loudness of the Israelis who are racing to the bottom, I am sure that most of us desire life and peace; That we have not renounced humanity. We have been silenced in the face of violence and ugliness, but we are still here."

I don't know how long Jews of good will will be able to stay and change things. Most, if not all, will end up leaving Israel, powerless in the face of Zionism. Only the most fanatical fanatics will remain, and everyone's prophecy will either come true or not.

I said in this same thread that the Samson option was ultimately nothing more than atomic suicide. It would seem that in their criminal terrorist war against the entire Palestinian people and all their representatives, Israel has already morally triggered its Samson option. There is no turning back at this point.

I leave you with these quotes from JFK, not how he ended up, but what he left behind and the hope that it can still inspire.
“Freedom is indivisible, and when one man is enslaved, all are not free.”
“But however close we sometimes seem to that dark and final abyss, let no man of peace and freedom despair. For he does not stand alone.”

The US says that Hamas' proposal for permanent ceasefire in Gaza is totally unacceptable.
[...]
The proposed deal, according to earlier reports, includes a 60-day truce and the phased release of captives in exchange for Palestinian prisoners being held by Israeli occupation authorities. While Washington and Tel Aviv have claimed to support the initiative, Hamas and other Palestinian Resistance factions' demands for amendments have exposed deep divide over the deal’s terms.

Their demands include:

  • The unconditional flow of humanitarian aid
  • Commencement of reconstruction in the Gaza Strip
  • Full withdrawal of the occupation forces from Gaza
  • Return of displaced Palestinians to their homes
The permanent ceasefire would lead to creation of Palestinian state.

If we are approaching a time of transition, in this density of choice, then perhaps it makes sense that a country like Israel would exist. In a free will universe, if a choice is to be made, then there should be a demonstration of the options available. During the information age, this country is a widely broadcast demonstration of the darkest aspects of Creation and their consequences to all who wish to pay attention. People still have the choice to look away and shut it out, but in some ways that requires as much effort as to just pay attention to the basic facts. Even news headlines, as carefully crafted as they are to downplay the evil that is on show, should be enough to alert people that there is something very dark happening right now. What they do with that is up to them.

I just thought it interesting to consider that everything happening on the planet right now also coincides with a means to show it to as many people as possible (ie. The Internet, social media etc.) In that respect it's unlike anything from living memory or our known history, and it might be a reflection of the huge significance of this particular cycle as explained by the C's and Ra.

This tweet by Norman Finkelstein:

Israel's evil knows no bounds!

They are free. Palestinian family manages to reach Mexico.
Yes, that's great news! The family (18 members) had one relative living already in Mexico. He fled Gaza several years ago through a tunnel. Then, when the war started, he appealed to a policy of the Mexican government of accepting refugees so they can be reunited with their family in Mexico. It took him 13 months of pressure, aided by a public campaign of civilian support and local news coverage, and finally his family was flown to Jordan, then to Turkey, then to Mexico.

Right now they are accepting donations of clothes and other items to rebuild their lives (they took almost everything from them when leaving).

It was a small miracle in the middle of a Holocaust. To be honest I didn't think they would manage to do it. I'd be interested to know how many other countries are doing at least this, and how many people have been rescued this way.
