One of the biggest concerns for me from the Fukushima accident is genetic mutations. As we see some of the pictures that Kaigen has posted, they are so sick, grotesque, and heartaching. Yet, when I try to search online about any cases of genetic mutations from the Fukushima event, there is none. Only I can find them in http://fukushima-diary.com that Kaigen has been following up and some personal blogs online.
While ago I saw some postings on youtube about some of birds in Fukushima are stopped flying. I saw many videos but most of them were disappeared on the next day.
Right now I can only find these two online.

I am pretty sure that there are more cases of bizarre environmental change in Japan. Unfortunately, we cannot say for sure that all these occurrence are from the accident since there is not enough information, it is very difficult to make a comparison.
However, I know the fact that birds, butterflies, and cicalas were pretty much disappeared from Fukushima Spiders are increasing. Top parts of wild plants in Fukushima are looking deformed. - this information was on mainstream Japanese media as well.
