Quick update, documentary was very good, it's pretty much the book in video format. So, I highly recommend it.Now, the book ends on a recommendation of a documentary, not sure if it has been posted before, I will be watching it but I wanted to share it here for you guys.
That documentary lead me to pick up David Talbot's book Brothers: The Hidden History of the Kennedy Years. I'm about a third of the way in, and I've enjoyed it a lot. A lot of what he discusses was already covered in Laura's series on JFK from years ago, however it sheds light on the importance of the relationship between JFK and Bobby Kennedy, and it's endearing to learn about the level of trust they had and how impossible it would've been for JFK to accomplish anything without his brother, but also... how crucial a network really is.
