Laura and Ark at Barcelona Conference, October 15, 2011

It was nice to meet some forum members in person and see again members of the EE course in Spain :)

Laura and Ark were great, they made people laugh more than once using a touch of humor which made it fun, specially in the question and answers part, at the end people stood up to applaud them!

The topics were very well detailed and with a good deal of information to back up everything, I think people got amazed by the large amount of information and materials they work and how scientifically they approach it all.

All in all the conference was great!

Great to hear that, thank you for information.

AMAZING news! :)

Really happy to hear the conference was a resounding success. I was very concerned that there might have been problems with someone attempting to disrupt or sabotage or, god forbid, even an assassination attempt. Just goes to show ya, the universe looks after its own.
Can't wait to see the videos. And glad everyone had a good time.
Dang, wish I could have been there.
:cool2: :cool2: :cool2:

OK I posted in wrong place (Fracais) ... still tired, my excuse and sticking to it: :cool2:

Just go back into the office from Barcelona;

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Laura, Ark and the rest of the team for enabling us all to get together and gain from their experience, work and intuition.

To all the guys who were in Barcelona this weekend, and especially those in Paral-lel 101 I should like to say that it was a most amazing experience. Not just the conference, but the whole experience of sharing the apartments, cooking etc. Despite it raining eggs now and then :)

Of very special note was the EE session on Sunday was one of the most enlightening sessions I have ever experienced. Having a room of 20 people all looking out for each other in both body and spirit is really remarkable. I know where my thought will start during my next EE sessions..

I would sincerely like to thank the guys who organized the accommodation, it was a remarkable act of comradeship and made the Cassiopaea conference into a Cassiopaea weekend.

I look forward to meeting some or all of you again in the not too distant future.

(Feel like this should have been 2 posts, but I'm and Engineer, Lazy, Sorry :-[)

Love to you all.

John

The conference was a wonderful experience to be able to listen to Laura and Ark live. The lectures were very interesting and the sense of humor of both of them delightful and uplifting.

I was very happy that I decided to come and I am waiting for the videos to listen to the lectures again as they were packed full of interesting information.

I am very glad that everything went fine and no disturbances occured. Thanks to all the team for organizing!

I am still in Barcelona as I took an extra two days for holiday : )

"I want to add something!"

Ark had us all cracking up with his opener line for his additions during the Q&A session. He had to add to almost any questions, which Laura answered, something in the end and he had such a timing (everybody thought the Q&A covered and finished and then Ark ninja'ed in out of nothing "I want to add something..."), that he had the entire audience every single time surprised and cracking up.

It was great to meet and getting to know many of you guys and gals in real life and spent some pleasant time together at the paral.lel apartments (thanks for the hospitality and taking care of a stranded Son of Laertes. This greek guy keeps getting lost on his way home, what's wrong with this dude?!).

From the captain's log:
I have witnessed on my journeys, oh Muse, fearless warriors and amazons, adept artisans and crafters of various kinds of theovroma (god's food).

I have met loyal, united companions from a land, where Troy really resides, they claim. Poor lost souls, I admire their companionship, but what do they know! I have conquered Troy myself with my wits! It's east of Greece, somewhere! (personal note: maybe I should copyright that wooden Horse of mine and come up with a catchy name for it... something like "Horse-jan" maybe, I smell big bucks here...)

I have met fearless conquerors and ambassadors of good whim and hope from far away (yes you, Hesper), mediators between races and peoples. Always with a merry tune on their lips, raising the spirits and morale of any troupe they accompany.

There where campfires (well, not really, but as good as), with musing old friends and soul companions. No showering of meteors (or eggs in fact) would drive these fellowships apart, instead unflinching they would continue smoking and telling their tales...

And there was bacon!... Pallas Athene, was there bacon!... and beef jerky!...

You guys totally rock! :headbanger:

...now, where was that damned map of mine... I should be able to find my way back home, dammit...

Hello, me now back in Glasgow, feels very happy and very enlightened :D Many thanks to Laura, Ark, and the whole crew and to all the people, it was so great to meet you all, thank you that I could have joined you afterwards :) Too bad I could not stay for the EE session, but I am sure another opportunity will arise for me! Great conference, fantastic experience, now I am even more ready to face whatever might arise :) Again, many thanks and best wishes to all of you!

Here is a very bad picture of the dynamic duo at lunch with us all on Sunday:

Bad? That picture is amazing... I like how it all seems sort of gray... Gives the impression of so much history and timeless wisdom from the depths of time... Not to mention a whiff of good down to earth human touch that is lost in the modern age!

The dynamic duo indeed!

I agree, very good picture.

I am very very very happy that everything went well. Did you take a lot of pictures? When Laura and Ark come back to Toulouse?

Loreta

We got home late today - exhausted, but none the worse for wear. I only had 800 or so emails backed up...

We'll be getting some photos up on Facebook in the next day or so. A video of the conference will be made available at some point but that may take some time.

I am so happy that you arrive sane et sauve at your castle and I am certain that your dogs are very happy now!

Loreta.
