Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 Crashes in Ukraine

Tried the last two, however they would not lend easily to translation captions. The last one might be interesting.

Here is part of Billy Six's old investigation from Bonanza Media:

I can search for the YT equivalents (e.g. the latest one, in which the Nuoflix crew and Billy Six reflects upon the 7-8 year old reportage) I usually chose Odysse links (over YouTube links), when i write an entry in the forum - because YT links often tend to disappear over shorter or longer time). Odysse links are relatively stable - but do not provide translation into other languages (which is a pity of course).

But let me see if i can find something...

I found it. Is that the one you wanted ?

Not the vitamin sales part per say but the people who are backing the Government attacks on the party itself.
I can only guess, that if those people (who back up the current Government) and its falsifying narratives, do not really care. And if they knew about the sales, they likely would support it according to the principle of "anything goes" (in the fight against "extreme right"). In times of great confusion, chaos and "delirium" - you can sell anything and everything to the majority of people...

Unfortunately.

It seems that the Russians are tired of listening to stupid lies.
Russia stops participating in the dispute with Australia and the Netherlands over the MH17 case
Russia has announced that it will cease to participate in the dispute with Australia and the Netherlands over the Boeing MH17 crash, but remains open to clarifying the causes of the crash within the framework of a UN Security Council resolution. This was announced by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stressing that Russia does not recognize the authority of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to consider the claims of Australia and the Netherlands, as well as any decisions that may be made in connection with them.

"We stop participating in this farce. Russia does not recognize the authority of the Council (ICAO) to consider the stuffing of Australia and the Netherlands, as well as any decisions that will be made in connection with them," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

In March 2022, Australia and the Netherlands filed a joint complaint against Russia in the case of the Boeing MH17 crash. They claimed that Moscow had allegedly violated the article of the 1944 Convention on International Civil Aviation, which obliges to refrain from using weapons against civilian aircraft in flight.

Похоже, что русским надоело слушать тупое вранье.

10 years after MH17 disaster: City hall flags at half-staff on Wednesday

Wednesday will mark ten years since Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was shot down over eastern Ukraine about three hours after taking off from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. The incident killed all 298 people on the Boeing 777, including 283 passengers and 15 crew members.

Some 196 Dutch nationals were on the flight to Kuala Lumpur on the afternoon of July 17, 2014. On Wednesday, the Dutch flag will fly at half-staff at the City Hall buildings in various municipalities. Amsterdam has not yet said whether the capital will be among them, but The Hague, Utrecht and Rotterdam have confirmed that they will fly the flag at half-staff.

Eindhoven indicated it will fly the flag at the lowered position if there is a national directive to do so. At the moment, that does not seem to be the case. Last month, Members of Parliament unanimously expressed the desire to see the flag flown at half-staff at government buildings on July 17 to commemorate the MH17 disaster.

The prime minister determines if a flag instruction is given, which can be issued at special moments. Prime Minister Dick Schoof has announced that the flag at his Ministry of General Affairs will be flown at half-staff on Wednesday, but that a national flag instruction will not be issued. It is therefore up to ministries, City Halls and organizations to decide for themselves whether to lower the flag.

Schoof will take part in the commemoration at National Monument MH17 in Vijfhuizen. He will deliver a speech, and afterwards he will speak with relatives and others involved. King Willem-Alexander will also be present at the commemoration.

In addition to the relatives of the victims, representatives from Malaysia, Australia, the United Kingdom and Belgium will also be present. Each country lost citizens in the downing of MH17, including the Malaysian crew. A representative from Ukraine will also attend the event.

The names of all 298 victims will be read out and there will be two-minute moment of silence.

Here's the statement by the Russian Embassy (in the Netherlands) on the anniversary of the MH17 tragedy:

Statement on the anniversary of MH17 tragedy

Ten years ago the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, crashed in the skies over Donbass taking lives of 298 people.

We express our condolences to the families and friends of those who lost life in this plane crash.

We regret to note that over the time the high degree of politicization of the MH17 case has not allowed to conduct full, thorough and independent international investigations, as required by the UN Security Council Resolution 2166. The true circumstances of the tragedy have still not been established.

The technical investigation of the Dutch Security Council and the criminal investigation of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) initiated by the Netherlands did not meet the criteria set out in the UN Security Council resolution. Our country was deprived of the opportunity to fully participate in those investigations. The huge amount of data provided by Russia was not taken into account. At the same time, the JIT included states not only directly interested in the outcome of the investigation due to their involvement in the incident, but also those politically engaged against Russia, i.e. Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, the Netherlands and Ukraine.

The criteria initially set by the Netherlands and its allies for the aforementioned investigations did not meet even the minimum requirements in terms of objectivity. As a result, the conclusions obtained this way contain a significant number of inaccuracies and inconsistencies, and many questions directly related to the circumstances of the disaster still remain open.

Initially the Netherlands used their dubious developments in the MH17 case in The Hague District Court during the trial against three Russian citizens, I.Girkin, S.Dubinsky and O.Pulatov, as well as a citizen of Ukraine, L.Kharchenko. The same materials now form the basis of proceedings before the ICAO Council and the ECHR.

We have no doubt that the Netherlands, Australia and the countries that have joined them guided by political considerations are seeking by any means to impose on the world community their pre-selected version of the Boeing plane crash according to which the blame would be placed on Russia. At the same time a whole number of facts directly contradicting these statements are being ignored. Given the initial openly anti-Russian sentiment of the participants of these proceedings, there is no doubt about the final results. Decisions like that will have nothing to do with establishing the truth.

It can not be explained why over the past ten years not a single question was addressed to Ukraine, which refused to provide radar data and recordings of flight tracking services’ conversations. Neither could it explain the disappearance of Ukrainian air traffic controllers who were working on that day and could have shed light on the circumstances of the tragedy. The issue of Kiev’s responsibility for not closing the airspace over the zone of hostilities, where the air defense systems of the Ukrainian armed forces including Buks were deployed, also was not properly analyzed.

Over the past ten years the issue of Ukraine not closing the airspace over the armed conflict zone in Donbass has been repeatedly raised in the Netherlands, including by parliamentarians. Thus, back in October 2019, members of the Second Chamber of the States General of the Netherlands initiated an appeal to the Government demanding to conduct an appropriate investigation. However the initiative was effectively put on hold, and no answer to the question was ever presented. To this day, the Dutch authorities stubbornly avoid discussing this topic, pretending that it has no relevance in this matter.

Ten years after the tragedy in the skies over Donbass took place, it is obvious that during the investigation of the crash the Hague has been consistently shielding the Kiev authorities, deliberately ignoring any facts that would indicate the latter’s responsibility for the disaster. This approach does not serve to establish the truth, but only leads to further politicization of the matter.

We resolutely declare that the Russian Federation was not involved in the crash of flight MH17. All statements to the contrary are false. Russia remains committed to the UN Security Council Resolution 2166 and to establishing the true causes of the MH17 plane crash.

I thought it was well summarized and written by the embassy. It's sad that so many Dutch people are blind to all of the above.

If you want to support the embassy, you can retweet their tweet about their statement here.

It's sad that so many Dutch people are blind to all of the above.
They are purposely and actively blinded by continuous propaganda and the withholding of almost all relevant information about the true course of events - despite the appeal to the Government in Parliament. There are only a handful of people who did their own research to reach a different (minority) view.

As was to be expected for the 10th commemoration, there's plenty of media coverage about MH17 today.

Sadly, it will not change, if ever, until people really grok the Ukraine situation. With Rutte set to take the NATO helm in October, it will be even harder, unless the whole darn mess unravels. It is perhaps a bit like the Cs discuss, people have not suffered nearly enough to change their frequency.

I have to agree, albeit reluctantly. :-(
