This is the first that I have come across a report of migrant problems in Emerson, Manitoba, Canada.

This woman's testimony is shocking, in that, the area is experiencing migrants knocking on their doors, at all hours and expecting the residents to accommodate them with food and lodging? This woman describes three men knocking on her door at 4 A.M., waking her and her children up, in which she refused to open the door. She called the police or RCMP and they instructed her to "let them in" until they got there? She refused to let them in - so they kept banging on the door. Apparently, from her testimony, the residents of Emerson and other Border towns have been dealing with this problem since Justin Trudeau got in.

Residents in Emerson, Manitoba --the town at the frontline of Prime Minister Trudeau's illegal migrant invasion-- are afraid to talk to media.

They're worried about being labeled racist or bigoted, for the crime of speaking up for their town. It's why the subject of this interview I conducted asked that her voice be scratched and her image digitized.

Her testimony is truly shocking. Imagine being woken up in the early morning hours to three male illegal migrants banging at your door, while your children slept inside.

What would you do? How would you react if the police told you to take them in? And what would you make of a Prime Minister who is keen to keep the border open, even if it backs onto your front door?

The flow of migrants arriving in European countries is unlikely to stop until the EU itself addresses the issue and reviews its policies, which effectively “encourage” immigration, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.
The European Union should address immigration and should not expect the problem to somehow fix itself, Putin said on Tuesday, following talks with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Moscow.

It is hard to deny there is an element of a plan for more migration, when conditions are maintained that favours a continued flow.

“If one encourages migration with large social benefits and other bonuses, why should this flow ever stop?”

the Russian president said. “Yet it’s up to our colleagues in Europe to decide for themselves what is better for Europe and Europeans.”

The flow of migrants flocking to the EU remains steady, although the migrants’ countries of origin appear to change as the time passes. “At first, it was people from Syria, from Iraq, from other countries of the Middle East. Now, it’s Sub-Saharan Africa,” Putin said.

The differences between Russia and the Eu

Russia is also facing migration challenges, but these are quite different to the ones affecting Europe, according to Putin. Russia does not have shared borders with countries from which refugees flock, and the majority of those who do enter the country are from post-Soviet states. Many of those people speak the Russian language, and are easier to integrate into Russian society, the president added.

“There are lots of problems [in Russia] as well. Including in the job market,” Putin stated.

Europe, in its turn, faces an inflow of people from an entirely different culture, which makes their adaptation a “very complex” process. “Such problems must be solved within the European Union itself,” he added.

Brussels economists claim Britain and other EU states will “need” 56 million immigrant workers between them by 2050 to make up for the “demographic decline” due to falling birth rates and rising death rates across Europe. 

The report, by the EU statistical agency Eurostat, warns that vast numbers of migrants could be needed to meet the shortfall in two years if Europe is to have a hope of funding the pension and health needs of its growing elderly population.

It states: “Countries with low fertility rates could require a significant number of immigrants over the coming decades if they want to maintain the existing number of people of working age. 

The report, by French MEP Francoise Castex, calls for immigrants to be given legal rights and access to social welfare provision such as benefits.

Ms Castex said: “It is urgent that member states have a calm approach to immigration. To say ‘yes’, we need immigration … it is not a new development, we must accept it.”

So that was the narrative ten years ago.

It's not about the existing number of people of working age - it's really about keeping up the number of tax payers, isn't it? But do lowly qualified immigrants struggling with a huge language barrier create taxes?
Well, certainly not if they are on welfare...

Well, today there are less and less EU member states with a calm approach to immigration.
Why is it that Mme. Castex was not mentioning the approach of the European population she is supposed to be representing, to immigration?

Last night Sir Andrew Green, of MigrationWatchUK said: “England, with Holland, is already the most crowded country in Europe.
“As it is, we have to build the equivalent of seven cities the size of Birmingham over 25 years for the immigrants the Government already expects.[..]
Higher levels of immigration are the last thing we need with a recession approaching.”

Chances are that migrants who up to now are still able to procreate freely and happily might lose this ability once they settle down in Europe, becoming exposed to chemicals, poisoned food, medications and WiFi toys.

Which raises the question why birth rates among Europeans went so low in the first place...

Yesterday the Daily Express revealed that, in an apparent contradiction of immigration policy, thousands of migrants – like Kanoute Tieny from Mali – are being given up to £5,500 in grants by the EU to return home to Africa.

French president Nicolas Sarkozy wants to implement an EU-wide immigration plan by the end of the year when he stands down as head of the Council of the European Union.
This body implements policy proposed by the European Commission and discussed by the European Parliament.
French immigration minister Brice Hortefeux has represented all the 27 EU states, including Britain, in a succession of whirlwind tours through west Africa to help create a strategy.

The strategy being cooked up at the time came out into the open three years later in 2011, when NATO attacked Libya and destroyed the cohesion and wealth of that society and migrants began looking for new shores.

I don't believe this would work as it is being done and I do not believe that that is the reason why it is being done. These millions coming in will not integrate in 1, 2 ,3 4 generations. If ever. As to upward mobility, well that is already a miracle in most new EU states.

This would produce a total figure that would be around 8 million people. "By geographical origin, Latin america remains as the main source, although african immigration gains prominence", pointing to the Tax Authority, which also estimated that "the weight on the total population would increase from 10% to 15%".

To do this, the AIReF provides that "the fecundity, summed up in the number of children per woman of childbearing age, to increase gradually in the forecast horizon". As well, points out that the number of child per woman will increase to 1.8-2 in 2050 from the 1.36 recorded current. [...]

Hungary recently announced the mobilization of 2,300 troops prepared to deploy to their southern border on short notice, warning that some 70,000 migrants have amassed in the Balkans and are preparing to swarm Europe.

Hungarian parliamentary spokesman Istvan Hollik compared the current situation in the Balkans to the slew of migrant 'caravans' making their way from Central America to the U.S., asserting that both are being spurred onward financially by the "Soros Express" as a "dress rehearsal" for eventual endless, "automatic" migration from the third world into the West.

I have a question to which I do not know the answer. I would love if anyone knows the answer to say (or if he thinks he knows), or that questions be sent to the C's. It is about the migrants. I noticed that they do not come only from war zones, but from areas where there was no war, as Pakistan and Iran, all at the same time. Most want in the EU and even most want to get to one of the centers of the empire: Britain. I have nothing against migrants. But, whether this migration is planned at the level of the elite in the United States and Britain and what they want to achieve in sending migrants to the EU? This is certainly the result of American policy, but I do not know whether this is unplanned or planned result. Or is it the way that the universe warn the EU population on the wrong road traveled by the EU following the United States, destroying other people's countries? Or arrived migrants should help in bringing down the empire? Or preparing a civil war in Europe between different religions?

Yes I was just wondering regarding the same topic...because I live in México and we are seeing a massive inmigration of people from central america and they want to get to USA. ..I know that always is people trying to crosss but right now is MASSIVE. Yes , good question. I was speaking to someone yesterday about this very same thing. The caravans on their way to the USA where being discussed and what good shape these people appear to be in. It brought to mind the video from a Mexican citizen who showed all the garbage left behind after the caravan passed through their town. All the food, clothing generously donated was thrown away or left by the side of the road. They didn’t seem to be in need of much which is surprising. Soros was mentioned of being behind it and we see how democrates have sent donations from their election campaigns to the caravans. Such compassionate people .

"The Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration"

What is it? And what is it good for?

This subject is currently developing some steam on political blogs and non-left wing websites in the EU and not least in Germany, which can probably expected to bear the brunt of any globalist migration politics.

I'm still trying to get a grip on this situation and I'm definitely not ready to give any meaningful answers to the questions above.

The International Organization For Migration (IOM) [UN Migration Agency] will be holding a conference on behalf of the United Nations in Marrakesh/Morocco on December 10 and 11, 2018 and member states of the UN will be expected to decide on this Global Compact for Migration.

Now if you're living in a country which is a member state of the UN (and there's a high probability you are) how many facts do you know about this "compact" that your government will be deciding on in four weeks time?

The IOM says: "The process to develop this Global Compact for Migration started in April 2017."
Have the main stream media enlightened anyone of us about these benevolent and humanitarian proceedings at the UN?

• protect the safety, dignity and human rights and fundamental freedoms of all migrants, regardless of their migratory status, and at all times;
  
• support countries rescuing, receiving and hosting large numbers of refugees and migrants;
  
• integrate migrants – addressing their needs and capacities as well as those of receiving communities – in humanitarian and development assistance frameworks and planning;
  
• combat xenophobia, racism and discrimination towards all migrants;
  
• develop, through a state-led process, non-binding principles and voluntary guidelines on the treatment of migrants in vulnerable situations; and
  
• strengthen global governance of migration, including by bringing IOM into the UN family and through the development of a Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration

There we have the globalists' agenda of setting people in motion and trying to control the effects by "global governance".
Do you combat xenophobia and racism by "receiving communities" (those at the "receiving end") through waves of migration?
Or is it that the globalists are actually trying to create xenophobia and racism by moving half of mankind around the globe?
Whatever happened to the United Nation's projects to help people in their home countries, third-world development aid and such old fashioned stuff?
And what do they mean by "global governance of migration"?

On the political level some governments seem to have taken notice and have declined to join the compact.
The United States, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Austria have already said they will not sign the treaty.

Another element that might be important is the constant declline of direct humanitarian aid to refugees. Since more than a decade most humanitarian organizations, under the pressure of funding, and related to the millenium goals (agenda 21) have shifted their programs from direct humanitarian emergency aid to sustained development - or at least emergency aid had to be intergrated into some long term development vision. As a result most emergencies, such as refugee flows, refugee camps, receive very little aid - or it is very late (as funding process takes much longer as the projects needed to contain elements of long term development) - in short, emergency aid for refugees is shrinking and as a result people tend to look further away for help.

also take into account that many people from 'Black Africa' were finding work before in North Africa (Lybia, egypt, etc) - these options are no longer there.

Migration that is forced upon the receiving nations leads to more chaos. Chaos is helpful to the aims of the US according to this article: Thierry Meyssan: Chaos, control and the Middle East peace process Whereas chaos is now mainly in the Middle Eastern countries and Afghanistan, (and the Ukraine) in the future it would not come as a surprise if the control through chaos policy of the US will become more prominent in Europe in general.

One should think that creating chaos can not be a plan, because it it chaotic. But if more chaos is desirable, then almost any direction of a policy is not important, as long as a resulting lack of chaos can be adjusted for by continuously supporting new initiatives that can create more chaos. Many Europeans don't know what they are up against. Actually, I newly realized that there are otherwise normal 15 year olds in Europe who can not put the country they live in on a map of Europe and who mix up a description of NATO with that fitting for the EU or the Red Cross. If one punishment of Nature is the removal of reason, then that punishment is in full swing.

Below are a couple of main points.

We can perhaps agree that in recent years that the EU has faced an unprecedented influx of asylum seekers and would-be refugees. That, in turn, has engendered political and social tensions, as well as anti-immigrant parties and anti-EU popular sentiments.

The authors of ‘Building Walls,’ however, largely base their appeal on moral arguments in favor of accepting migrants in the context of human rights. They call on EU governments to reject “racist discourse of the extreme right” and “to reverse the policies that lead us to walling ourselves in and defending a fortress in which the privileged and secure live.”

That recommendation reveals an abject naivety. Millions of EU citizens would not consider themselves “privileged and secure,” as the authors claim.

[...]European governments along with Washington have to be held accountable for the criminal wars they have inflicted. That at least means paying financial reparations for the reconstruction of nations blown apart by militarism. Stop the wars, pay for damages and reconstruction, and the refugee problem is largely curbed.

With a global populations growth of 80-100 million per year, it is perhaps not realistic that the migrations problems would end altogether. Still if the Governments of the US and aligned partners, as Cunningham and many others suggest, would contribute toward a more constructive development in the countries where they have facilitated chaos and destruction for so many years, hope might rise from the horizon for the people now fleeing.
