I really liked that post too... see attachment.

So has anyone had any real troubles posting articles to Facebook, other social media? Has the Google Thought Police started stepping in already? I see their 'fact-checking service' started recently....

Ah ok, "Over 100 killed, dozens injured as blast hits bus convoy near Aleppo - Update" as well.

It's just specific topics. Posting still fine for most stuff I think. There are just some things I suppose you cannot say.

Yes, others have mentioned having this same difficulty. I guess fb has taken its censorship to a new level.

Ah ok I wasn't sure if it had been brought up. I guess I must not be surprised at their reality crafting techniques, I have found people to be most surprised at the strangest things; and I think these un-post-able's are a clue maybe as to what they are. Really have to screenshot everything these days, it's crazy...

Hi IncenDiary, I'm not sure what's up with this. I did a quick test and shared both articles you couldn't post on Twitter just now without any problems. When I clicked on the link in my Tweet it opened without issues too.

Confusing indeed!!

I'll try again; it may just be a time issue or something like that then. Or maybe it is just me....

Tried again now and here is the screenshot :

ah well.

OK, yes , of course. I can tweet it manually and it works. I don't use Twitter except that my sharing via facebook is linked to twitter, i didn't even realize I had been sharing on twitter too for ages

But yeah Facebook is poached.

Just to double check it I tried posting it on Facebook and it worked OK for me.

Here's a screenshot of the article being posted on my Facebook:

This is totally weird but if it does work for some people I guess it's not SOTT's fault. It's just a guess of course, I'm nowhere near being an expert on this :/

As Ennio said above, a similar difficulty has been mentioned by other people too so you're not the only one. Also, someone said it may be linked to people's location. Well, mine must be quite "flexible on content" :)

Given yesterday's Sott article about facebook shutting down pro Marine Le Pen posts ahead of the presidential elections in France, it quite possible that they censor other content as well.

I'm assuming that there's something about Marine Le Pen that they don't like/can't control so want to 'rig' her chances against being elected.

If anyone can post this on facebook it would be great. I was thinking of this sound-byte :

"
The longer the "Assad gassed his own people" claims stick around, the more likely people will be to accept Syrian regime change as palatable. This concept was studied by researchers from the University of Michigan who say there is a phenomenon known as "backfire" where misinformed people rarely change their minds when presented with the facts - and often become even more attached to their beliefs.

Philip Giraldi, a former CIA officer and Director of the Council for the National Interest, said that military and intelligence personnel intimately familiar with the Syrian chemical gas intelligence believe Trump's claims are a "sham." Giraldi said his intelligence sources are "astonished" by the establishment's narrative, and that they are considering going public due to their concerns of an escalation of violence in Syria. If this is true, it would be nice for those people to seek ways to disseminate their information as soon as possible.
"

because I want people to understand about backfire - maybe get them to think about this subconsciously when they quickly scroll past it ... :P anyway.

OK , it might be a time based thing as well, unsure. I can now like and share the first 2 articles I posted about, however Trump's dead babies is still not like-able or share-able. Weird.

Weird indeed!! :umm: Maybe you could try posting the "Trump's dead babies" post tomorrow or day after to see if it is in fact a "time based thing"?

Thanks for reporting that the first two links are now shareable. Since more people experienced issues with sharing content they may now try again if they see your post I guess.

Hmm. I've had the same problem for the last 24 hours. Some articles won't post and come up with that same error message. I restarted my browser which worked for a while, then it began again. And it is intermittent. Definitely weird. I tried to rescrape the URL using the Facebook object debugger and it just hangs on those articles.
