Oh, by the way, a lot of drugs today are sold as "bath salts", or "fertilizers" in online smartshops, like the infamous mephedrone a couple of years ago. These drugs are based on molecules, yet absent of any drug classification list, that products analog effects as "mainstream drugs", like cocaine or MDMA. Man 'stabs himself and throws intestines at police'

A man remains in critical condition in hospital after stabbing himself repeatedly in front of police and then throwing his intestines at them.
Wayne Carter, 43, called police in Hackensack, New Jersey at 10 p.m. on Sunday to say he had a knife and was threatening to hurt himself.
Officers swooped on his Clay Street home and kicked in the door to his room, which he had blocked with furniture, Lt. John Heinemann said.

Carter was cowering in the corner of the room holding a 12-inch knife.
When he stood up, he shouted at the officers and frantically stabbed himself all over his body, leaving more then 50 stab wounds.
Officers saw that his intestines were sticking out from a wound in his abdomen, Heinemann said.

When they tried to approach him, the man allegedly threw some of his skin and intestines at officers, Heinemann added.
He refused to drop the kitchen knife and allegedly began swinging it at officers.

'They tried to talk him down, but they were having no luck. He was slashing at them with the knife,' Lt. Timothy Lloyd told Cliffview Pilot.
Officers sprayed two cans of pepper spray at the man but it had no effect.
They left the room and called the Bergen County SWAT Team, who arrived at 11.40 p.m. and helped subdue Carter with beanbag projectiles.
'The scene was a bloody mess,' a police official said. 'The SWAT team had to be decontaminated due to the amount of blood.'
The man had to be wrapped up to protect his wounds and he was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center.

He underwent emergency surgery and remains in critical condition.
The Cliffview Pilot reported that he punctured his small intestine and sliced through a major stomach artery.
Police said the man has a history of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and has previously been taken to the hospital for psychiatric reasons.
Records show he spent nearly a month in the county jail last year after he resisted arrest and made terroristic threats, the Pilot reported.
Authorities are now awaiting the results of blood tests to determine whether he had any drugs in his system at the time of the incident.

The question then becomes "who is making and distributing this stuff?" I mean sure there are those types who make it in the basement and all, but stories like this one, incline me to think that it is some kind of large scale experiment.

Over here one the stuff my brothers friends use is called spice aka synthetic weed, and they get it at the gas station, it's perfectly "legal" and they say it is much stronger than the stuff they used to use. Now I am very wary of them seeing as such substances which are relatively new are having highly unpredictable consequences on people.

Excellent question. Methinks if I knew, I wouldn't be allowed to walk on this BBM anymore. Throughout my short time on this BBM, before learning of The Work, I feel I have observed the unfolding of a social engineering plan. A degradation of humankind. The dumbing down of society, the increase of narcissism, the deja vu (timeline changes) I have felt in my youth... Yes. I think there is a plan being followed because... because... Well, let me ask: Can an entire planetary society follow this downward spiral on its own? Like all these events occur randomly? Individually, with no long term result planned.?.?.?

Right now, we have the ability to feed, clothe, and provide shelter for every man, woman and child on this planet. Yet, no... I do not think the spiritual progression of all of us is desired by someone, or something...

That's... not fun. I had my shares of gritty humor, but I can't find anything funny in this gross story, specially when you put in perspective what bngenoh and Al Today just wrote. Can you imagine being attacked, yelling, screaming for help while another person is chewing your face ? I'm sorry if I'm being a killjoy here, but this whole story scares me. I knew some people who take occasionaly this kind of "bath salts", who might lose their minds because of this.

Montauban: He assaulted a man in the street and eats his ear

A man appeared Tuesday for hitting and ate the ear of a family man of 42 years, Friday night in the streets of Montauban, La Dépèche reported Wednesday.

The incident occurred Friday night around 21:30 on the Pont des Consuls. A homeless 31-year, obviously very alcoholic, then triggers a fight with another man, who has the misfortune of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. During the brawl, in addition to punches and kicks, the aggressor eat two thirds of the right ear of the passer.

Once there, police and investigators were unable to find the pieces of the victim's ear, which was supported by firefighters before being evacuated to CH Montauban.

Considered in immediate appearance Tuesday, the man received a postponement of his trial, but was detained. His judgment is scheduled Tuesday, July 3 to 14 hours.
