Hello Seeker, have you been following the
Coronavirus epidemic in China: Apocalypse Now! Or exaggerated scare story? thread? It's full of helpful analysis, advice and theories, and if you haven't already dived in I would advise getting started.
On the subject of channeling/hypnotic sessions/ouija boards, I'd like to draw your attention to many of the other threads which have been started here on the forum in the past. Knowledge is protection and learning through the experiences of others is a valuable way of gaining knowledge without having to suffer the consequences of getting it wrong a few times first before learning the lesson.
May I post my session transcripts here?
Experiment with the spirit board -lies coming through it & how to recognize them
So.....we decided to carefully try a Ouija board session a while ago............

Then, the part of the Wave series (which I hope you have read or are planning to read) which deals with the subject:
The Wave Chapter 16: All There Is Is Lessons, or Laura Finds Reiki and Ends Up in the Soup… Pea Soup, That Is

Over and over again the members here have stressed how dangerous it is to attempt this kind of work, how much knowledge is needed, and how many problems it causes those who try this kind of thing naively thinking that they are somehow different and are protected in some way, or are smart enough to be able to navigate this uncharted territory. I hope that some of this information helps you, and other forum participants.
Edit: Clarity - I don't want readers to think this is a guide of things to read before trying it our for yourselves - this is a list of things that will hopefully make it clear that this is something best left alone.
