I just came across this article with Vids regarding the modular building, Lego style if you will, of prison cells to facillitate the need for quick upcoming demands that are anticipated NOW!!! I don't think anyone else has brought this up, but if they have it's worth a second look.

Well, if they can't discover an affordable way to build Joe/Jane Citizen a house, why not a prison cell? Modular housing works either way. :)
