Joe, I hope you are taking your iodine/iodide...

Or, maybe a break from it is needed/how you're feeling is linked to it in some way?

Yeah, could be. I'm gonna have some tests done and then will report on the iodine thread. Might be useful for others. Thanks for all your kind words, I am sincerely touched. :hug2:

As much as I look forward to the show and value your brilliant "take" on current events, .it will be even better to know you are feeling well. Like the old saying goes, if you haven't got your health nothing else really matters. So take the time to rest up and regain your strength. Wishing you a speedy recovery, Joe.

Same here, speedy recovery Joe!

Absolutely. It's also good to know that so many of us are feeling the same way, struggling with how to orient towards a world that is so rapidly going down the tubes in the worst ways. It's beyond comprehension.

Agreed. Looking into the abyss that is our society at this stage really takes a toll, and it takes a lot to keep going knowing what the end result will inevitably be.

That's more or less it. Trying to make sense of the this horribly dystopian world is a futile endeavor, because as much as anyone can explain what's happening to our world, it is ultimately going to be driven off a cliff by fundamentally insane individuals. So perhaps a slightly different, less invested, approach is necessary, for body mind and soul.

Thanks for sharing your insights time and time again Joe. I'm wishing a restful recovery to you!

Take care of yourself Joe!

Take care Joe. I hope you find some much needed rest. I have been a little depressed the last few days, not wanting to wake up. Thinking, "This world sucks!", or "What am I getting up for?" I don't think it's the iodine, as I've not really had any major reactions. But I am reminded of the Positive Dissociation thread, and that a break from things can help us "get back into the fight". We've got a lot of tools an knowledge to help us. And time and distance doesn't really separate us, we're all in this together. :)

Sorry to hear your not well Joe hope your feeling better soon
Maybe a break will do you some good take care of yourself.

I do enjoy the show very much, but health come first! Have a rest and take care of you Joe, and come back to us even stronger and sharper than before (if such a thing is possible ) :hug2:

Take care Joe and wish you get well soon. Past few shows and your slots on PressTV were really engaging and am hugely grateful for your efforts.

Big hug to you Joe.

Take it easy. Batteries need recharging from time to time. When is the last time you went for a hike in nature?

Sorry to hear you are feeling down, I wish you a speedy recovery. Do take care.
Big hugs.

I completely agree with this statement, and find it really difficult lately. :headbash:
Hope you're feeling better; take care of yourself :)

Yes, I also really enjoyed your comments on those two shows. I agree that sometimes our batteries need recharging, because seeing the insanity in the world on a daily basis can just get overwhelming. Take care of yourself, hope you start to feel better soon! :hug2:

That sounds like frustration, maybe even a bit of depression because of the reality behind what you said Joe.
It's probably not a medical illness , but like the others, I want to say get well soon.
