Yep they released three new teasers. Here they are:

Thank you for all the posts Pashalis, I will definitely be watching this when it comes out! Should be a great 4 part series!

Too bad I am living in Spain and will not be able to see these interviews? Fantastic to hear the voice of Putin, it is so important. I have difficulty to hear an interview with someone talking on the voice of Putin. Putin or whoever. Why they don't put subtitles? Are the majority of Americans unable to read subtitles? Too hard for them ? Russian is so a beautiful language...

Is that possible to see these interviews from Spain? Is that possible to see them from internet ? I don't have TV nor cable.

Thanks Pashalis.

Two more teasers:

Had caught the article of SoTT tonight whereby Putin offers words on McCain, better words than "McNasty" would use of Putin; yet that is Putin's for you, his ability as a statesman. https://www.sott.net/article/353291-Putin-to-Oliver-Stone-I-like-McCains-patriotism-consistency-but-he-is-living-in-the-past

Putin said:
"Well, honestly, I like Senator McCain to a certain extent. And I'm not joking. I like him because of his patriotism, and I can relate to his consistency in fighting for the interests of his own country."

Was reading a little on McCain connected with Valentine's articles (2008), came across one Fernando Barral, "a Cuban psychologist who questioned McCain in January 1970." In the interview with McCain, he concluded;

https://willyloman.wordpress.com/2008/06/14/john-mccain-war-hero-or-north-vietnams-go-to-collaborator/

“McCain was “boastful” during their interview and “without remorse” for any civilian deaths that occurred “when he bombed Hanoi.”

This went on to include Barral saying;

“Barral said McCain boasted that he was the best pilot in the Navy and that he wanted to be an astronaut.” The Cuban psychologist concluded that McCain was [a] ‘psychopath.'” (10)
“He felt superior to the Vietnamese up there in his plane, with all his training,” Barral recalled.
Psychopath McCain emerges, now, as a contemptible elitist, stewing in the crucible of his class conscience, the ultimate right wing psywar stooge.

The Stone documentary should be interesting, thanks!

Not only stupid questions, but clearly question of a lying Propaganda nature. Notice that Putin even goes as far as suggest that Kennedy was assassinated by american intelligence services:

If Stone is even halfway reasonable in his presentation, there will definitely be hit pieces and stuff taken out of context. Gotta keep the Russian boogyman slant going.
I liked this video of same Kelly's interview in St. petersbug forum from Russian Media.

He was definitely fed up with the lies. I thought the point his comparison of Russophobic hysteria to anti-Semitism (5:00) was especially powerful.

Overall this reminds me of anti-Semitism. Jews are to blame for everything, you see? You are stupid and can't do anything, but Jews are to blame. But we know what these attitudes lead to, they do not end with anything good.

The West is being stampeded into another episode of hysteria and, as Putin says, it will not end well.

‘I challenged Putin the best I could’: Oliver Stone on upcoming documentary ( Videos)
Published time: 10 Jun, 2017

Snip:
During his 19 hours of face-to-face conversations with Vladimir Putin, Oscar-winning director Oliver Stone posed some challenging questions that enabled the Russian president to reveal his often misinterpreted character to the public.

“I’m here to get Putin to talk. Let him talk, If I can encourage him to talk by having an empathetic ear, that is the reporter’s way. I’m also a dramatist. I’m encouraging my actors to be better. To say more. To give me a performance,”
Stone, the maker of the 'The Putin Interviews' documentary, told the New York Times.
Skipping down:
Stone said the Russian president’s work ethic was a distinctive feature while reflecting on his personal impression of Putin.

“I admire his discipline. His ability to do this off and on for 16 years. His stamina, the way he works. No American president works these hours as far as I know. He reminds me of Jimmy Carter in that sense, dedication to work,”
the 70-year-old American filmmaker said.

In a separate interview with the New York Post, the maker of the JFK and Snowden documentaries described Putin as
“humble.”

Just watched the first part... brilliant. It was very moving. Putin is able to touch on emotional subjects with a logical bent but you can see his emotional reactions to certain subjects even as he remains on point and focused. He even brings out the topic of US supporting terrorism and contradictory behavior but continually refers to US 'partners'. We picked up a free week trial just to watch the series. It is more than well worth the time: it's one of the finest documentaries I have ever seen, judging by just the first one hour part. It was good to hear the truth come out and Oliver Stone does a nice job of asking tricky questions while Putin sets the record straight. Very nice. I'm very happy to have seen the first part. I wish I could report more. I think I will re-watch it. It was refreshing.

Edit: It is hard to put into words. I wish I could do the thing justice, but my initial impressions are hopeful that maybe, maybe some of this will inform those who do not have a good grasp of the real history behind the US and Russian relations, and terrorism for those really paying attention. It is a long shot, but that this is being put out on such a large, readily available platform, gives me hope that eyes having seen the truth will alter the equation, if even on a quantum level. Stone is somewhat fringe but well respected and has some credibility. It was very refreshing for me. Stone does a fine job. If you can get a trial to Showtime for this, I think it is worth it to see Putin and hear him discuss current events; it was powerful.

Thanks for your review, sbeaudry, now I'm looking even more forward to watching it! The term 'teaser' does take on a whole new meaning with the Putin Interviews. :D

Sounds very interesting indeed, can't wait to watch it!

Oliver Stone gave an interview to CBS apparently shortly before the first episode aired:

[...]

As expected those slimy "Journalist" tried to corner and frame Stone, but Stone managed that nonsense very well despite that. I guess he has learned a thing or two from Putin in that regard. As an interesting sidenote, he reveals that he has over 20 hours of film material with Putin and I hope that we get to see some more of it in the future.

From what I've seen so far and heard from you guys who already watched the first part, to call it a historic documentary is not an understatement.
