Yeah, I posted that one on my FB page - a firestorm erupted!

That has often been my experience as well. Many of them seem to be driven by a need to feel they have got a better handle on their lives than the populace in general.

Or maybe they are just HUNGRY!!!

 They must be - I know I would be more than a little grumpy if all I ate was grass and plants.

Two years ago at a Christmas party we had a vegan. Someone brought a chocolate cake that was almost pure chocolate. Oh boy, the vegan attacked the cake as if there was not tomorrow! He then proceeded to eat from all the sweet foods he could find on the table, he was really out of control, and it was painful to watch. His behavior was so...obsessive, I suppose is the word, that until today our coworkers still make an occasional joke.

He was, in short, VERY hungry!

First of all that pic was hilarious Hithere.

Speaking from personal experience as i too was a vegetarian, & became a vegan later on for a little over 3 years. Throw in some brain damage too from years of starving ones body, and what you are left with is at best an irrationally functioning human, & at worst a beast whose impulse(s) has completely overcome it.

LOL I think they are very very HUNGRY must be really depressing!

 What a hilarious photograph Hithere. I kind of wish they actually referred to the paleolithic diet and choose someone who didn't eat gluten/dairy/sugar filled desserts, otherwise it kind of looks like they are discounting healthy eating period... pretty funny in any case though.

They should take all those anti drug posters showing people turning ugly, and in the captions replace meth with high fructose corn syrup and wheat. "It's not normal to have menstrual cramps at 20, but on soy it is."

I remembering having 2 ex fellow-workers, about 4 years ago who were vegetarians. Aguy, who was kind of hippie, and a girl. The guy (he also used to smoke weed a lot) talked about peace, spirituality, etc., but when something bothered him he has very agressive reactions. He once told us that he was walking ont he street, listening to his "peaceful music" and suddenly someone shouted near him, and he felt like knocking him.

The girl, she had a very weird skin tone, very pale, like greenish pale, she always suffered anemia, and was always very angry. Well angry and hungry are very similar words!

I met a few other veggetarian people, including a couple who were literally NAZIs, racist, etc. and thought that animals should be protected more than humans.

Very good points made. I think the aggression and hunger connection is very real, and especially the lack of cholesterol (besides all the other deficiencies and imbalances) make vegetarians and vegans tend to be more aggressive. Add in the high amounts of carbs and almost total lack of healthy fats and you see that they'll be pretty dysfunctional.

Carbs accelerating aging and lack of fats wreaking havoc on the system, combined with eating so much food humans can't properly digest is the crux of why vegetarianism can't be healthy.

My wife is a vegan. I can't get her to budge one bit from this idiotic diet. She does eat fish, especially salmon, but will not touch any other meat, like bacon, chicken, turkey, beef or pork. :/ :(

Eating salmon sort of implies that she's not vegan
