Pate with cracklings

ingredients:
400 g cracklings
150 g onions, red
10 g garlic
4 pieces of chicken egg
50 g home-made mayonnaise
salt
freshly ground pepper


Preparation:

1 Shredded onion fry the fat to soften well. During roasting, add some water and let it evaporate.

2 On the machine with a tiny grating grind cracklings, hard-boiled eggs, garlic and onions braised chilled.

3 mixture with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

Thanks for the recipe, casper. I'm not a big fan of liver pate, but I think this will be a fine substitute and great to take for lunch. It'll travel well too! :)
