I've come across enough of this type of case in the recent years that it just seems like the justice systems of the West don't really care. Authority figure working with children in possession of enormous amounts of child porn - but they get light punishment, no jail time.

Roger Spackman, 50, who was a Labour councillor on Exeter City Council until his arrest in 2017, worked at a secure children's home at the time he started collecting the huge hoard of images.

Part of the defense is that the councillor said he was abused as a child, and did role-playing and receipt of prohibited images in an online child-porn forum as some form of therapy.

He was originally arrested in 2017 and received a suspended sentence, no prison, in 2020.

For the parents – watching for signs of “grooming”

Parents, our subtle and gracious but thorough vigilance is the only real safety net we can offer to our innocent, beautiful children. The following is not an exhaustive list but please consider the activities described as indicators of a potential “grooming relationship” being commenced. And, remember, the blind trust we extend to those we know is the abuser’s primary weapon. They want us to feel safe with them, for us to feel – without checking first – that our children will be safe with them. And sometimes our children are safe, but not always. One in four girls, and one in six boys, is not safe. Please exchange blind trust for careful and wise trust. It is hard to think that someone you know might be a potential abuser. But the facts speak for themselves. Unfortunately, with this prevalence, someone we know probably is one of these people:

Any closer-than-normal relationship, initiated or permitted by the adult. Disrespect or overfamiliarity with space that belongs to you as parents. Inserting themselves into the family life, even taking over some parental responsibilities. Making your life much easier with no apparent reason or return favour asked. Befriending the entire family, but focusing attention on one child. Securing time alone with the child (or with a group of children without other adults around). Ingratiating themselves with the family. Creating an environment where there is an emotional or real debt so that questions are hard to ask. A bias towards one child, usually the quieter or less secure one. Spending money on a child or on gifts, especially without checking with parents first. Don’t ever assume a person is okay.

For an abuser that may be a member of the family (thirty-seven per cent of molesters are)

Watch for reluctance from the child, and note if they make excuses not to be alone with the person. Be constantly aware of moods and sudden swings or withdrawal. Don’t just assume its “normal adolescent stuff”. Watch for destructive behaviour. Ask careful questions and gauge discomfort levels. Talk about abuse and privacy, watch responses carefully.

For the parents – watching for signs of possible abuse

Outbursts of anger, or a constant sullenness. Sudden and wide-ranging emotions. A sudden or inexplicable change or reluctance in a particular relationship Violence, hurting or bullying of others, or even pets. Continually withdrawn and unwilling. Being happier at someone else’s house (if the abuse is at home). Wanting to stop sports that they love or like. Accident-proneness and self-harm on the one hand, and hypochondria on the other. Eating disorders. Quick anger at broken promises or commitments. Grades dropping off. A lessening of desire for excellence. An increasing desire for control of things. Anxiety or depression. An onset of tidiness, or messiness. Inappropriate sexual awareness and tolerance for what would normally be shocking things.

For the parents – how to speak to your children (about boundaries and when you fear that abuse may have happened)

General rules (timing, environment, manner)

Always choose a time of security and well-being for the child. We need to operate out of a loving, caring place. Physically get down to the child’s level. Kneel, sit, cuddle; whatever. But do not be at a distance or at different heights. And we need to be careful what body parts we connect with. Do not be glib and assume that because it’s okay for us, it’s okay for the child. Be patient. Privacy and security are important, and it may take time to create trust or a sense of safety. Children should know the correct names for body parts. It helps them give accurate descriptions and prevents potential confusion when they have to approximate their descriptions of events. Talk about permissions and boundaries from an early age; perhaps as early as two (e.g. “No-one can touch or see an area unless Mommy or Daddy is there”).

The conversation

We need to be sensitive to the need to maintain and increase trust in the way we conduct this conversation. We need to protect innocence, even if we think it has already been stolen. If damage has been done, this conversation is the first – and best – opportunity to restore trust for adults in the young person. We need to be sure that we can talk with no personal panic visible. No matter how panicky we are, our child should not sense that in our voice or body language. We need to find that place. Work out carefully in advance what words we will use and how we will approach the topic. We must work out a good “segue” from something familiar and normal to this issue (e.g. discuss areas of the body while getting ready for a bath etc.). It may be useful to talk about areas of clothing rather than areas of the body. Or maybe “what’s under the [item]”. If something has happened, we will need to overcome the child’s need for safety through secrecy. As parents, we need to start early to ensure that our children understand fully that when a parent is told something, it is still a secret, no matter who said it or what the secret is. (Then we need to be trustworthy so they trust us!) Always, ALWAYS, believe what we hear. No matter what, no matter who; we must believe our child. They absolutely, completely need to be believed at this point. No child should ever fear punishment for disclosure or blame for what has happened. It’s important therefore to not try to force disclosure through threats of any sort.

If the result of our enquiry is shocking

Slow and gentle is vital. It might take a few days and a few efforts or different approaches to get to the real facts. Be patient. Be sensitive to how much pressure is on the child. Try to get the child to volunteer what their own knowledge of appropriate physical boundaries are – this will educate us, if we are listening carefully, around what knowledge they might have that is inappropriate to their age or to what we have taught them. Try to discover gently (even through a playful or familiar game) the source of any additional knowledge they might have. Remember, our panic will become their panic. Find out what happened: when, where and who may have done it in as much detail as the child can reveal. Remember the child may be in the grip of fear – of the perpetrator and of any threats around the consequences of revealing information. We need to overcome that fear with them – don’t try to overcome their fears by creating a high stakes confrontation. The child will hide in silence or fear. Don’t put words in their mouth, and don’t ask them to confirm your suspicions. Create an environment where they give the information without being told what to say. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Believe the child. Take it seriously. We need to be the one person they can trust again. If we shut them down in disbelief (or for the fear they may be right and someone we know or love is evil) the danger is they will not speak again.

After the conversation

After the conversation, write down what they said, and record your observations and thoughts. Remember, eventually, the police must get involved, and the evidence you give them needs to be clear and accurate. Don’t trust memory with such an emotional topic. If someone in particular has been identified, don’t take matters into your own hands. Confide in someone (it could be a telephone counselling service or a support agency) and get perspective. Protect your child with ongoing reassurance. Cease all contact by any family member with the suspected person. Let’s not confuse the child with mixed messages or loyalties. They are too young to appreciate any subtlety. We either believe them or we don’t. We can explain later if necessary. Let’s not risk it. Get the police involved.

Not that long ago, a Brasilian psychic ("Joao De Deus") was arrested. You know it's one of those guys performing tumor surgeries with bare hands. The topic has been discussed in various sessions.

It appeared that this person was doing terrible things, not far from his famous place of psychic surgeries: in Minas Gerais, in caves, he had many women captives, and those were doing babies, that would be trafficked via (that's what has been said) the Clinton /pizzagate network.

This psychic close friend was that lady, the Marina Abrahmovic. It's that dark artist, seemingly involved in the pizzagate network. She appears in several videos, next to the psychic when he performs the surgeries.

A lady whistleblowed about the babies and the moms, in those caves. She was immediately killed after she did a video in which she was explaining those things. The psychic was arrested.

I wouldn't be surprized that the Epstein network took part in this case. He may have been a point for the trafficking, for example. The files can be unredacted. Several companies are now known. It could be that researchers will be able to find a link.

In addition: caves, slaves, exploitation <> "underground" principle. The Joao De Deus provides earth-to-ground explanations while at the same time hints at known elements. Not saying that there is a link. From what I can say, psychopaths tend to be inflated by the STS signal, and then manifest those values (while being convinced that it's their own). That would be an explanation - that guy just operated things out of an idea which was taught by STS, somehow unconsciously. All pathocraties ended up in detention camps and slavery, and it's more or less the idea. STS basic agenda reflected in 3D.

The unknown, to me, is the discernment of conscious STS agents and unwitting psychopaths: was Joao De Deus an alien ambassador, an undergrounder, perfectly in the know of what he was doing, or a person who went down the bad lane, and who thought "let's make money within the dark side".

For 30 years Berlin authorities placed homeless children with pedophiles. A Dr Helmut Kentler, psychologist and sex educator and living an openly gay life, set up his Pedagogical Center in Berlin to spread his ideas of loose sexual morals in the 60's and 70's and was eventually tasked by the city of Berlin to place homeless and vulnerable children into care. The pedophile foster fathers even received a regular care allowance. Kentler, in a shocking move that was supported by Berlin’s left-wing senate of the early 1970s, by way of an experiment, decided to house these boys with known pedophiles, well aware that these predators would have sex with them. That didn’t bother Kentler, who argues as recently as 1999 that pedophilia “can have a very positive effect on a boy’s personality development.” In a parliamentary hearing in 1981, he claimed that pedophiles made for great foster fathers, as they “fell in love with” the boys. Berlin's child welfare offices and the governing Senate turned a blind eye or even approved of the placements. The practice was allowed to continue until 2003.

Several years ago two of the victims came forward and told their story, since then the researchers at Hildesheim University have plowed through files and conducted interviews. What they found was a "network across educational institutions," the state youth welfare office and the Berlin Senate, in which pedophilia was "accepted, supported, defended." Kentler himself was in regular contact with the children and their foster fathers. He was never prosecuted: By the time his victims came forward, the statute of limitations for his actions had expired. This has also thus far prevented the victims from getting any compensation.

The researchers found that several of the foster fathers were high-profile academics. They speak of a network that included high-ranking members of the Max Planck Institute, Berlin's Free University, and the notorious Odenwald School in Hesse, West Germany, which was at the center of a major pedophilia scandal several years ago.

Berlin's senator for youth and children, Sandra Scheeres called the findings "shocking and horrifying." Hmm mmm, she has been there since 2011! “It was a crime under state responsibility,” said Sandra Scheeres, senator of youth, when the report was first presented to the public last year. “I have no interest in sweeping anything under the carpet. The senate administration will face its responsibility,” she said, apologizing to the victims. A first report on the "Kentler experiment" was published in 2016 by the University of Göttingen. The researchers then stated that the Berlin Senate seemed to lack interest in finding out the truth.

Now Berlin authorities have vowed to shed light on the matter. We'll see how that will pan out. In the RT link you will find a 15 mins documentary about the impact this psychopath Kentler had on his victims. Those responsible are still sitting in their offices or have retired,” one of the victims told RT, adding that one politician responsible is still serving with Germany’s Social Democratic Party. Life for the victims is, however, a daily struggle. “Sometimes you lose the will to live,” one explained.

I just found out about this fact that I didn't know, and I'm stunned that this was approved by the authorities at the time.

I think the pizzagaters got it right when they said the shooting incident was staged. What was the point of going into the pizza shop and firing three rounds at nothing? Well, it sure stained people associated with Pizzagate. False flag/staged? Looks to me like he was a loose end that got tied off.

This is the confession made by the famous Mexican actress María Félix to the presenter Ricardo Rocha.
The interview took place in 1994-1995.

She confessed that in 1951 in Morocco, she was invited by an important "very kind sheikh" to eat human flesh, something this sheikh did very frequently.

And on the way back to Madrid, the sheikh told her and her son that the flesh was that of a child.

This means that the cannibalism of children by "elites" is older than we can imagine...

The actress María Félix is one of the great icons of Mexican cinema, even today, 24 years after her death. His amazing talent and enormous beauty catapulted him to fame after the success of the film Doña Barbara, adaptation of the novel of the same name by the Venezuelan Rómulo Gallegos. But there's a murky episode in that ascent.

'La Doña', as it was nicknamed after the film that made her famous, gave few interviews, but 30 years ago she told an incident that some came to consider as the secret of her attractiveness, her success and magnetic personality: she ate human flesh.

The scandalous confession occurred in one of the five interview sessions given between 1994 and 1995 to journalist Ricardo Rocha. "I ate human flesh once, but really. Kike [his son Enrique Álvarez Félix] and I ate human flesh in a place in Spanish Morocco, in a city called Chauen. The holy city," he said of the communicator's disbelief.

On that occasion, Felix said that she was served the unusual banquet in 1951, when she was with her son in the North African country to film the film 'The Black Crown'. “We were invited by one of those remarkable Moors, and that guy liked eating human flesh, but I didn’t know,” he said.

According to the actress’ testimony, she was not aware of what she had ingested until after she did.

In addition, in that same meeting he assured that he had not wanted to investigate later if the fatality that arrived at his plate was a man or a woman. According to his story, his own son had had to go twice to vomit.

Enrique Álvarez Félix himself confirmed what happened in an interview with Cristina Saralegui in 1994, although his version differed somewhat from that reported by his mother.

Álverez Félix recalled that he and his mother had been invited to a dinner with a "very kind sheikh" in Morocco, he had no information on the menu at the time he ingested it. However, already on the plane that was taking them to Madrid, someone asked what they had been fed, and the shocking response was: "child meat".

A Mexican symbol​

María Félix was one of the most famous actresses of the golden age of Mexican cinema. He starred in 47 films, both in Mexico and other countries, particularly in Europe and Latin America.

He was born on April 8, 1914 in the town of Álamos, in the state of Sonora and died the day he turned 88, in 2002, leaving an indelible legacy behind him.

His only son, Enrique Álvarez Félix, died in 1996 due to a heart attack, just two years after the controversial interview. He was only 61 years old and, under the influence of his mother, had devoted his entire life to acting.
