I have only just seen this thread but would belatedly add that I have been drinking pomegranate juice for years now, as I have suffered from hardening of the arteries for 10 years or more. I buy Pomegreat in the UK. It is sold by many supermarkets and is reasonably priced at £1-60. It is made from juice concentrate (Californian grown pomegranates I believe) but has no added sugar or artificial flavours or colourings. It does use sucralose as a sweetener though, which may put some people off. I don't know if it is available on the Continent.

What about pomegranate vinegar. Would it be just as effective as the juice? Unable to find anyone who carries the juice. I've been taking one tablespoon/day with one pomegranate capsule as well.
